The woman that cleaned my teeth did a very thorough job and has wonderful personality Her name was Sinkey i'm sure that's not the way you spell her name but anyway she is awesome!!! . Being an alpha male I can get a little defensive when the doctor comes in to see me I don't know why I just do .When Dr. Kilby came into the room I felt right at home he talks to you with respect and care. It was burning up in the office, the office staff were rude, and the only nurse we came in contact with was rude and ignored the one question I asked. The waiting room is chaotic as ever which didn't make the experience of burning up and your newborn burning up (which everyone knows is not good for a baby) any better. I will be finding another pediatrician that has a professional and comfortable environment.

They truly do go above and beyond earning this business a 5+ star in my book. I will certainly recommend to everyone. The work done is to perfection. I've had minor cavities filled in the past which put me quite a state when I found out I would need some extensive work done. When all was done, I realized it really was not that bad. It's all the little things they do that make the biggest difference. If you find yourself in the chair as I did, please do not hesitate to voice your feelings (good or bad). The staff will do their best to accommodate your needs and make you feel as comfortable as possible. The hygienist was gentle, professional and very friendly. The entire staff was professional. With that being said, my first impression upon walking into the building was I was entering a highly privileged white business. Not one picture or front desk staff was of color. I found myself feeling sorry for the clients of color that did come in for their appointments. It was a very uneasy feeling.
