The attention to detail and the passion behind Jenna's work was apparent from our first visit, during our session and at the final reveal. I lost my soul dog soon after our session but it was almost as if his little spirit knew and waited so Jenna and her team could capture the most precious moments. I don't think the experience and the final album could have been any more perfect. I will truly cherish the experience and my album until I meet my boy at that rainbow bridge.

I'm the most particular when it comes to choosing a photographer, as I wanted to make sure we chose the best vendor that would work with us and not with what they wanted. Kelly is hands down, professional, flexible, responsive, immensely intricate in her work with lighting, time of day, capturing the perfect moment. She followed up with us and touch based with us constantly to make sure we were on the same page about the day. I wanted to make sure our day was hassle free and about friends and family, not just us. Kelly did an amazing job and went above and beyond. I have nothing but great comments and feedback from our guests. From start to finish, she wanted to make sure she understood what we wanted for our special day - thank you Kelly! From Bob and Trang

We chose him because we were impressed with his online portfolio and he sent us additional samples of weddings he had worked in the recent past. We walked him through what was important to us and he also offered up several helpful suggestions to give us even more value. On the day of the wedding, he was prompt, professional, and helped to keep all of our previously discussed plans on schedule, lowering our stress levels on the big day. After the wedding, he edited and sent us a categorized photo album photos in about 1 week. I will definitely recommend Setro Photography for future events.

After spending and hour getting ready we drove for 20 minutes arriving 10 minutes early. He had said to call him when we arrived so he could let us in the parking garage. When I called him he claimed to have no memory of the appointment that he confirmed last week and was on the road for a "big job" for someone else that he could not miss He fid not have the courtesy to reschedule and then he gave us a bad attitude about it as if it was our fault. He said we could just wait there for him to return but we would be waiting in our car for over a hour with no one to let us in. Not a good neighborhood. This was very unprofessional. I would not recommend using his services to anyone!
