Within 3 short days into the home search she helped us find the perfect home, then professionally negotiated to fit within our preferred price range. She was extremely patient and kind with us as first time buyers, and very understanding of our needs and never ending questions. She told us she would not let us buy a home that she herself would not purchase, assuring us the best home for the best price. She even provided property condition tips along the way when viewing the homes. Trish is obviously very passionate about doing right by her clients. She delivers what she promises and we feel very fortunate to have worked with her. It was a friendly and comfortable process for us because of her. Do not hesitate to give her a call when buying or selling a home. Integrity can be a rare commodity in business these days. For Trish, integrity is everything. Trish was the consummate professional and very trustworthy, (and fun!) to work with during the entire process.

Our family used to vacation in Myrtle Beach and I have friends who have retired there. I love it there. We decided to spend a week visiting and meet with Fleurette Elliott, who was the first to contact me when I expressed interest in a property on Realtor.com. My wife was convinced that all a realtor would be interested in is making a sale and decided not to go to the appointment I made. I met with Fleurette and she was wonderful. She asked about our situation and listened to all the details of what I was looking for. What she said really took me by surprise. Fleurette explained condominium life to me, as I never lived in that setting, and suggested renting an apartment for the winter months first to see if my wife would change her mind. Although she doesn't make money on rental properties, she offered to help us find a nice one when I retire in a couple years. So instead of trying to make a fast buck, Fleurette proved to me that she is genuinely concerned in helping to find the right fit for her clients based on their needs. I hope that we can give her our business should we eventually buy another home here. She's great.

Maria Peluyera When…read morewe first started looking to buy a home. We asked a lot of questions to Maria- as she had a lot of expertise in real estate. Even though she is in MB, we were looking in Houston, TX. She explained the market to us, she also provided us the insight on how to buy and what to ask for when we were buying in the Texas Market. If we were buying in MB, we would have from her as we know would have fought for us in asking for the things we asked for in our new home, which was new appliances, blinds, and high end cabinets and counters. We wouldn't have asked for them in the new build but she walked us through like we were buying in MB. We also know what to look for in a local realtor thanks to her. She provided us insight of that they are capable of asking for when were buying and if they weren't willing than they weren't worth wasting our time on. Maria is definitely a go-getter and also when we learned she was going through chemo and battling cancer, she didn't let that stop her from advising and answering questions for us on things in our new build such as tankless water heater, and high end fixtures, she also educated us on approaching this as "Pre-Approved" and guided us into that process as we were purchasing during the COVID lockdown. She made our experience easier. Whomever works with her will have the quality of Service and if we ever decide to buy a place in MB we will be going to her first as she knows what our looking for when you give her your wishlist.
