Getting married during Covid is not ideal, but we were ready and kind of hoped it was going away. We found Romantics Travel through Wedding Wire and read so many great reviews, that we decided to go with them. We are so glad we did. They dealt with this stressed out bride better than my own husband. They were so fast to respond to any questions. They presented us with a beautiful presentation to pick our destination venue. They created a phenomenal website and app to ease the booking pain for our guests. I knew they were great, but the guests comments made my day! They could not brag about them enough. We had a handicapped guest. We had 72 guests the week before our wedding that dropped to 57 because of Covid. If there was an issue, they handled it with such grace and ease...all while keeping me out of it. When we had 2 guests test positive in Mexico with the fear of getting stuck for a while, Kimberly and Jeff were on it! They told them exactly what to do and all was sorted within hours (false positive, so glad they told them to take a PCR test and they got to come home ASAP). It does not matter where you live, if you are planning a destination wedding or any trip or a honeymoon, you would be a fool not to use them. I am an event planner for my job, so I know what to look for. They exceed all expectations! Customer for life! read more

alue Kimberly & Jeff are both amazing! They helped plan the perfect getaway for my husband and me. We were looking for a relaxing resort with amazing food and that's exactly what we got! Everything was taken care of by them from start to finish, they made our travel experience a breeze. They helped with so much, from all of the airport documents including the additional covid paperwork, to the transportation, to tips about everything at the resort.. even food recommendations at the restaurants! They took all of the stress away from having to plan anything. I highly recommend Romantics Travel for anyone that doesn't have time to plan a trip or even someone who's indecisive and can't seem to figure out where to go, they'll take care of it all and are so knowledgeable. Hands down the best travel agents you could ask for! read more

My husband and I just returned from our second trip planned by Kimberly and Jeff. They recommended Unico 2087 and their recommendation was spot on! We had something come up at the beginning of summer which caused us to postpone our trip but they were able to re-book everything with such short notice and still get us a great deal. Working with Kimberly and Jeff has always been such a great experience. I love the fact that they recommend places that they have visited themselves and really take your requests into consideration when finding you the perfect place. On our way home we got delayed quite a few times but Kimberly was quick to reach out via email to let us know that she had been keeping an eye on things and was there if we needed anything. She even said that she did not go to bed that night until she had seen we boarded our plane and were on our way home. To top it off, they send you a little welcome home treat after returning from your vacation, which let's be honest you need after coming back to reality :) Using Romantics Travel has taken the headache out of planning our vacations and they will forever be our go-to people for amazing trips!! read more

Whenever I know someone getting married I tell them about the experience I had with Romantics Travel planning my honeymoon. About all of the questions that were asked in order to match us with an ideal honeymoon custom suited to our likes/dislikes and about how different, detailed options were presented. And of course about what a perfect trip it was. Aside from honeymoon recommendations, I always recommend you for people trying to plan an AI trip noting how knowledgeable you are about various properties and destinations. Also about the peace of mind I have when you plan our trips, like we are traveling with our guardian angels! read more

Kimberly and Jeff helped us plan our destination wedding. From the very first phone call everything was so easy. We are local and got to meet them in person which was something that really put my now husband as ease with the whole process, Kimberly made it very clear that she was there to help with any issues that arose. From there everything was done by phone, email, and Facebook. The proposal was beautifully put together and booking was so smooth. They even made a website for our wedding. They sent out travel packages to all of our guests with all the information we needed for our trip including luggage tags with our flower on it for our whole party, directions to our transfer from the airport and a tipping guide along with a few other personal gifts! We chose The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana! This place is absolutely gorgeous, from the memorabilia, to the beautiful waterways leading to the pools and blue ocean. Also the entertainment was never lacking! There was always so sort of party at the central pool, or if you wanted something nice and relaxing they had that too! My family and friends enjoyed the shows at night like the magician and the Michael Jackson show (my dad won the pre-show contest!). Great food and even better drinks! The wedding department here was top notch and the wedding went off without a hitch. There were a few glitches that we ran into when checking-in, but Romantics Travel and the wedding coordinator rectified this. We received a couple free upgrades into their gorgeous suites! We received a phone call and another BEAUTIFUL personalized gift once we were home! There is so much more I could say, but want you to enjoy your surprises like we did! We couldn't have picked better people for our destination wedding, they really made us feel so special! read more

We used Jeff & Kimberly for our honeymoon to Mexico in 2013 and it was amazing!!! We felt like royalty... It was perfect! So, when it came time to plan a trip to Italy to celebrate our 5th anniversary, we new exactly who to contact! The itinerary was custom-made for us with all our requests and "must-have" excursions. All this exactly at our budget and even found airfare that didn't break the bank. We are so excited for our trip... we only wish we could take Jeff & Kim with us! read more

After Contacting Jeff and Kimberly, I was advised to wait on my booking of a cruise to Alaska... When it was time.. Jeff contacted me and said... NOW is the time.. and sure enough it was.. He got me such a great deal and saved me so much money, I was able to do a few other things. Not only this great service.. BUT they were both there for the whole entire time of getting through the process..They even checked on my shore excursions and advised I could save a few more bucks by NOT booking a particular excursion due to I planned on spending more time in the end city.. Jeff also told me about some other tours that are not easily found on the web that are , well sort of , exclusive... Jeff and Kimberly are amazing people that WANT you to save money and have the best time possible... NO DOUBT I will book with them again and I will spread the word on how great these people are... THANK YOU for making our time in Seattle, Alaska and on Princess Cruises the best we could have made it.. WE had an AMAZING time and Great memories... read more

We had a great experience booking our honeymoon through Kimberly and Jeff. Jeff and I met networking with Wedding Professional at a bridal mixer. He helped me book a cruise to Hawaii with my mother, brother and myself. He took care of all the details, checking my family in for the trip, setting up our shore excursions and keeping us updated on the weather conditions for our flights home. He was available by phone, day and night. It was reassuring knowing Jeff was on the other end making sure all the details were handled. I would highly recommend him for your future vacations or honeymoons. read more

Kimberly & Jeff are AWESOME! They helped my fiancé and I figure out what resort to hold our destination wedding. Our wedding is December of 2017 and they have been 100% there for us when we have questions or concerns. They always make themselves available and have awesome input. They also helped us pick a great photographer for our engagement photo shoot. My family and friends that have made contact with them for our wedding have also said great things. My family (mom, sister and me) booked a 7 day Hawaii Norwegian Cruise and shore excursions through Cruise Planners. Jeff did an excellent job. His recommendations for the shore excursions tour company was good. He was available on the weekends when we boarded the boat and for our returned flight home. He kept us informed of the bad weather at home and possible problems with our connecting flight even thorugh we did not book the flights through him. read more
