The owners made sure to make the outside pretty & fresh & ready for our outdoor ceremony & cocktail hour! Nancy, our coordinator, was such a HUGE help from the moment we booked the venue until the very end of our wedding night! She always made sure to answer any questions we had no matter how big or small. Michell, another coordinator who helped on the day-of was also amazing!!! They both really took care of my husband and I the entire wedding night! They made sure we had food, always had a drink in hand & made sure we got some of our wedding cake ! They both were AMAZING!! Everything ran so smoothly!! If there were any hiccups, I definitely didn't know about them. 10/10 recommend using them as your coordinators! Nancy also did all our florals and she exceeded my expectations!! I absolutely LOVED seeing my vision come to life with her help! We also had the property for the wedding night which was super convenient for both my husband and I and our wedding party! I could not say enough great things about this venue!! I would 100% recommend this venue to all brides! :)

I was a guest at a wedding here, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The…read morestaff's behavior toward the wedding party and guests was uncomfortable and unprofessional. At one point, guests were being rushed out and made to feel like we were no longer welcome. There was also confusion about the bar closing earlier than expected. Watching the bride have to deal with these problems on her wedding night was upsetting. The couple should have been able to enjoy their wedding instead of spending part of the night dealing with venue staff. I personally would not feel comfortable recommending this venue based on what I witnessed.

My sister was able to easily communicate with them before the wedding about any changes that had come up. The day of the wedding the wait staff was so professional and made sure all the special diet meals were passed out. The bartenders were absolutely fabulous. They obliged to make the drinks from the specialty menu we had created and made them taste perfect. The bartenders had great personalities and kept everyone happy. I am forever grateful to every staff member who made the day perfect. Such a beautiful venue and everything was so nice and clean. The house that we got ready in was stunning and had plenty of room for all the bridal party to get ready.

A TON of them have complaints about management and communication... Despite that we decided to take a look at them... made an app of online to come view on a weekend in one of their scheduled time slots, had a confirmation email, and made our hour and 15 min drive to this remote location only to have NO ONE show up. And to top it off their phone number on the front of the resort on their sign isn't even their number.... Finally got a hold of someone through a different number from the confirmation email and they tried to say we never had an approval even though I'm looking at a confirmation email... no apologies, no "hey I'm sorry we can have someone there in 30 min", just straight up blame and attitude on the phone and no compassion for us having spent 2.5 hrs of our day driving to see NOTHING! We won't be back!!! On the bright side... at least this happened before we spent a single dollar with them and not three weeks out from wedding time like so many frustrations and reviews you see on wedding sights.... and now we're doing destination anyway!!!

At first it seemed a bit silly to hire a wedding planner because I thought how hard can wedding planning be? Well, I quickly realized it is overwhelming, stressful, hectic, and things change so often! Time and time again I would tell my husband how glad I was we had decided to hire Treasured Heart Events. I was fortunate enough to work with Ashlee and she was AMAZING from start to finish. :) I still remember our first phone meeting with her. I expressed all of our concerns with budget, guest count, and so on, and Ashlee listened and addressed all of my concerns. After our conversation, she sent over affordable package options. We decided to pick the month of and design. Ashlee created a design board for us and a budget list (not part of our package). She consistently answered emails in a timely manner and was so helpful! As we all know COVID has been around since March and we unfortunately still had to deal with it in July! There were SEVERAL times I would panic and want to stress cry, but I would send Ashlee an email instead and she would seriously just make EVERYTHING better! It was so nice having someone being positive during such negative times. Well, fast-forward to the month of the wedding and Ashlee, again, on top of things and handling all of the frequent changes with exceptional professionalism. The day of the wedding went so smooth thanks to her and her team. You would not believe how organized, prepared, and helpful her team was! From making sure the decorations were set at the right place to providing eye lash glue, they were ready for it! If you're looking for a wedding planner and don't know if it's for you, JUST DO IT! lol! There are so many things you don't think of, but they do and it helps you enjoy your day more. I will always recommend a wedding planner, but most importantly, Treasured Heart Events. I promise the time(s) will come were you will be so thankful you have them.
