A new employee came, she did not wear a mask, did not ask if she should have worn one in my house, and left in a rush without cleaning anything in one of the rooms but just the floor... she did not ask if I was satisfied with the cleaning, and when I asked her if she cleaned that specific room, she said "yes".... who knows (?). I gave her a tip for her time, and because I don't like not to tip, but.. man... why those things even happen from a company that has such good reviews online?
