She is so warm and always happy. She felt like a trustworthy friend after just one visit! My dentist was Dr. Bucker and the experience was always very pleasant. Thankfully, I didn't need any actual work done so our time together was limited, but, if I did I would have 100% confidence in Dr. Bucker. I recently moved out of the area and just had a terrible experience with one of those "chain" dental groups. I felt homesick for this dental group immediately. It is hard to find high-quality trustworthy healthcare. This place is definitely it.

They checked the tooth, discovered that the filling was compromised, and Dr. Egnar drilled and refilled it on the spot. Took less than an hour from start to finish. I was initially a bit skeptical because of the negative reviews, but I had a very good experience. Dr. Egnar has a pleasant chair-side manner, and I found him to be efficient and highly competent. Recommended.

I got approval for a different dentist and got it. I am glad I was able to bump up my schedule because I had 8 extractions. Funny thing the day after I got the 8 necessary bottom teeth removed so I could get dentures. Dr. Egner thought it was necessary to get approval for a partial lower plate. So no I filed a grievance because I am done with this dentist and I am angry that he pursued this venture. This guy chose to ignore me so I chose to go elsewhere that is called freedom of choice. Now he is becoming a thorn in my side.

The numerous and lengthy delays for various reasons have created a severe and crippling hardship on my wife and her family. On her last visit, she was anticipating the final appt. for installing her implant but was told that, due to an infection discovered, she'd have to see a specialist to address the infection before her implant could be installed. Since then, we've been trying to CONTACT the specialist to make this arrangement but have not been able to due to holiday closings and his severely limited hours of operation. Now, it looks like it'll be MONTHS more before she can finally get her tooth. I am deeply disappointed in your overall process, especially your scheduling and seeming lack of consideration for patient well-being. While they did admit that it happened, they were unwilling to apologize for Dr Sambursky's actions - because that's simply how he acts with women - and instead suggested I go check out a nearby dental college. They were unwilling to let me see another dentist at the facility or to even apologize - they merely wanted this review removed. For the amount of money a person is looking to spend there (over $20k for a set of upper or lower teeth), the least that the doctor could do is be respectful. But I guess he's too busy counting his money to bother. Save your money. Apparently you're just as good visiting the local dental school.

Drilled down so deep into a cavity I can no longer chew on that side. Work that was done here had to be fixed by another dentist. Including a root canal from that specific deep drilling. Staff were extremely rude and intrusively asking personal questions that had no relevance to the office visit. Customer beware - the worst experience of my life. I wish this dentist could be held accountable for his actions and lack of patience.

At the next appointment she placed a temporary crown on the tooth which worked great...no sensitivity, and protected the tooth for the permanent crown. The last appointment was brief and the permanent crown was placed quickly. No issues whatsoever! My thanks to Dr Riley and her Dental Assistant Kathy...a great team!

I had…read morealready decided to just extract the tooth if repair cost too much- rather than have it properly fixed. I saw Dr. Olbrys on short notice, and luckily the tooth was fine. UN-fortunately I have a good amount of bone loss, and even some gum disease- that caused this current infection. SMOKING and COFFEE have had a poor effect on my 61 year old mouth. I was prescribed an antibiotic and advised on some better hygiene methods that would improve my gum health. I was never made to feel dirty or dumb! Though of course I need to stop smoking! I made an appointment for a cleaning-(it was so affordable I was angry I waited!) By the time my cleaning came around, the infection was healed. But the true highlight WAS my cleaning. The technician was professional and really took the effort to explain things and to make sure I was comfortable. She took the extra effort to really clean even my most coffee stained lower front teeth. I was worried the lady's hands would get tired! The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and professional, and the care was very good. I'm SO glad I picked Summit!
