The pictures that I've seen of this place preach. I sell land in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. The rivers that we have experienced Remind Me! a lot of the Home that we all long for. I pray one day I get an opportunity to actually visit this place! It looks amazing. Attached are some pictures--I've included one of the river on the ranch at Waldo's Camp. A friend sent it to me. I've also included fun pictures--even one from my Landsale in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. The rivers there are absolutely incredible. I've heard the rivers in Texas are great! Just kidding. The park is located in a beautiful natural setting just outside the city of Giddings. You're surrounded by 28 acres of green grass, trees and the most gracious hosts (Ted and Maureen) we've ever had in 20-plus years of RV-ing. S & H RV Park offers WiFi, a laundromat, a fishing pond, scenic sunsets and sun rises, beautiful grounds for walking and running, and super friendly and gracious park owners. It is located very close to Fayetteville, Lake and several fishermen that were staying at S & H while we were there caught numerous trophy size bass. They said they come to S & H RV Park several times per year to fish Fayetteville Lake.

Never been here before. Just passing thru for one night…read more First thing to note, there are loose dogs running around. One belonged to the owner and the other was a stray. They got our dogs all worked up inside our car by running up to us and barking. It was also hard to take our dogs out for a walk as the loose dogs wouldn't leave us alone. In the dark we had to walk with a flashlight and whistle to keep them away from our dogs. This is a very small park with very small (tight) spaces. Most are parked back end to back end because the hookups are on one pole for 2 RVs (back to back). The owner was very nice and helpful. He lives on site. This park is way back off the road and about 5 miles from town. Roads are a little rough getting here, including the driveway. It's only a one lane drive. They wouldn't accept credit cards so be prepared to pay in cash. Not sure if there is a bath house.
