While I usually share a image its against the rules. I can only describe it as a imaginative background with small and yet delightful variety in amber red hues.

The Laundry Room is dead, long live the Laundry Room. The remodel that took place during Jan to May 2026 saw a wide amount of change from Corner Management, the mother company of LR. They got rid of the absolute corner stone of the lead bartender, Anthony, and redecorated the place to look more like the sister bar, Doberman Drawing Room (5 Stars). The remodel was absolutely needed, as the regulars and Dean's List could point out, the place was kind of falling apart. From water warped bar top, uncomfortable chairs, and chipped paint/worned carpet, you would think this place WAS left over from the Prohibition era. What sets this establishment apart from any of the pretend speakeasy on the strip is the atmosphere. At any given time, you could cram 16 people there at a time, even with the reduced drinking time cut from 2 hours to 90 minutes, this place could only cycle thru 50 to 60 people from the reduced nightly opening of 4 hours from 6 hours previously. This make LR special, not some faux speakeasy in Cosmo or Resort World that could jam in 80 people per hour with room to spare. Gone is the rugged identity of the old laundry room for El Cortez, this is spiced up, every square inch of the wall is covered with some art piece, very much different from the Depression era decor. Some art selection are just straight up chaos from the management, the main cherub piece behind the bar is just insanity. The new master of house, Davey, showed skills with his new 14 drink menu, but fell short of what made LR great in the past 14 years. Now, the man had just two months to create his drink list and per himself, had to start from the scratch from when he took over.. So, with that said, let's focus on the drinks. Hemingway Dalguiri, Dust + Ether, and High Noon Static - all great in taste, presentation, and talent, abet we can see the hesitation when making his own drinks, thus slowing down service by quite a bit. My party saw him struggle making 6 drinks at once, 4 of them the same drinks. Recommendation from someone else, maybe record the drink making process and try to eliminate non productive habits and motions via video viewing. Since Davey is a visionary, looking in the past is a deal breaker for him. If you are trying to finish up a previous menu for the Dean's List, the joke is on you, that is a no. Where the hostess (the only person that survived the purge from the remodel) explained to him that exception needs to happen to keep the Dean's List going, the answer was a no since no one at management told him about this. When asked about what will the new requirements will be for the future, it's simple, finish the menu before it's replaced with no chance of catching up. Once a menu is done, it's done. I guess it's easier to keep the drinks under control with less ingrediencies needed behind the bar, but wait a minute... drink number 15, Research and Development, that should give Davey some leeway to non menu drinks right? Turns out, not so much. Sidecar- cognac, orange liqueur, lemon juice. Simple right? He leaves the room to get something from Commonwealth... didn't management installed a new fridge to hold the larger ice cubes, where previous bar keep have to venture out all the time? Turns out, there was no Cognac or any Brandy in the Laundry Room. I can see how things are shaped, strict bottle control is for the benefit of the bar, not for the customer. There is now Vodka, foam, and milk wash but lost Cognac or Brandy, but besides the freedom of choices were also compounded with complete lack of rules. For the last 14 years, the hostess and bar staff on rotation were friendly yet firm about house rules. First given upon entering the secret or window doors, then by the bartender after an aperitif is given (now eliminated). No photo, religion, politic, standing at the bar, name dropping, brawling, telephone calls, PDA, and smoking, plus don't be creepy, be patient, and know your limit. Most of these were not enforced the first 2 times my party of regulars have visited since the remodel. The cardinal sin of allowing one single 4 top to seat 2 people at a time is just wild. But hey, no rules are listed on the new simple menu and none giving at the door or at the seats. So what is this place now? 20 to 23 dollars for a drink plus more for popcorn. All for the experience of being in a noise warfare between Commonwealth and La Mona Rosa's speaker systems, with LR's own music turned up high, and the piano only used one night of the week. I would recommend Doberman Drawing Room as of now for better drinks options, less noise, and vibe. The new menu to replace Fear and Laundry will come out this Fall, will be bring some regulars with me to check on LR again and hopefully give more than 2 stars on the next review.

I absolutely and I love with this hidden treasure and after my first visit here this year it is my favorite establishment in Las Vegas!!! I love a great tiki bar and am an avid pina colada/tiki cocktails lover. I also love rock n roll and am a vegetarian so when we decided to check it out for dinner I was very happy they had some vegetarian options for me!! The decor of this bar is an absolute dream and I am so so happy we were seated in the room with the shrunken heads. We were seated at the Sebastian Bach shrunken head table which is absolutely perfect because I love that guy!! Anyways, our server was incredible and super accommodating. There's a little hidden thing they have throughout the bar that I won't disclose on here to keep your eyes out for and it is so fun!! The drinks were all amazing, their shots are so good!! I know I'm leaving out an immense amount of detail but please know it is my favorite establishment in the Las Vegas area. 10/10 absolutely recommend!!

I'm a local and live nearby, so I was looking forward to finally checking it out. Unfortunately, the experience was soured right at the entrance. The security guard(black dude) wouldn't allow us to bring our water bottles and canteens inside. Given the Las Vegas heat, I found this policy unreasonable, especially when we were simply trying to stay hydrated. I didn't feel like arguing with the guy about it, so we decided not to go in. For context, four of us had walked about 25 minutes to get there. It was disappointing to make that effort only to turn around without even getting the opportunity to experience the place. We ended up at a neighboring bar that didn't complain about water. I understand businesses have rules to follow, but the way policies are enforced and how customers are treated at the door matter. Unfortunately, this was enough to put me off visiting, and it's a shame because I had been meaning to check the place out for a while.

Drais' was the first club I ever went to when I first turned 21, way before I knew what a guest…read morelist was. I paid to get in the first time I was here. Remember guys, you'll get in free if you're on the guestlist if you find a girl to go with. Which if you're in Vegas you should try to socialize & tag along with girls you meet or ask them if they want to join your guest list instead. Most of the time if you're nice & explain your situation, the girls will do you a solid. Be nice, don't try to take them home or flirt your way into their girls trip, just ask if it's okay to tag along with them to enter the club as a favor. I want to start my review by saying that my love for Drais' is unmatched. What I love about Drais' is that you do get the vibe that you're in a hip hop music video & it's crazy to see all different ethnicities singing to "Mo Bamba" unreal vibes. The atmosphere is like entering a bdsm red & black dungeon. The gogo dancers do choreographed dances & they give you a good show. The DJ really does hype you up. "I want everyone to grab their friends right now." "I want everyone to put your hands up." "If you know this song, sing it!" I had not visited this club in years & I think it's because it felt too crazy for me. Let's just say, we the guests' on the dance floor sometimes became spectators to things that should have been kept behind closed doors between a man & a woman. I am in my 30s & I guess I am not as easily taken aback as I used to be. The crowd is very diverse & a bit unhinged (as mentioned earlier). It's hard for security to catch certain things but things can still happen. This time I was not on the dance floor though, I was on the outskirts standing near the bar area because I am older now & need my personal space. When I was younger, I would enjoy being on the dance floor next to people but that also came with men slapping or pinching my ass & me not knowing who did it. Or guys coming behind me & wanting to grind on me. Or men grabbing my arms or waist to pull me in to dance with them. In a way, I'm glad those days are over. I think I would get a table here next time on the upper balcony level though. I'm willing to spend the big bucks now.

Really liked the vibes here, saw Lil Wayne perform, and had a really good time! Although the staff…read morewas a little rude at times, the bathroom staff was also not the most attentive.
