PROs: Veronica is very professional and we love how Josh directed every shot he took. basically, these 2 made posing easy for us during our wedding day. they are ON TIME which i think is VERY important. we got them through Wedgewood Tower reception package and Veronica's rate is reasonably affordable with the amount of knowledge and experience that she has. the photos turned out amazing PLUS she really remembered the details that i have requested her to capture during our pre-wedding meeting. we love the still shots of the wedding styling and the group shots they did with our guests. CONs: not much of a cons except that the pictures take 6 weeks to be ready so if you are that excited to see them, you have to wait for 6 weeks (but it's worth it, really). we also feel that the way they package the USB can be leveled up and improved. i've seen a few packaging from other photographers and they are really pretty (but this isn't a stopper since what's inside the USB is what's more important). if you'd like to capture more emotions or facial expressions during your big day, you may need to let her know as most of their shots will really focus on the couple (minimal on the guests).

Not only are her images breathtakingly beautiful and creative, she has an ease and composure about her that allows you as a subject to feel comfortable and confident, which results in beautiful and natural looking photos that evoke emotion vs. awkwardly posed or stiff portraits. I did not want to chance being doubled booked and sent over to some steak house. I would be mortified if that happened to me or another couple. My friend called her to let her know she wasn't coming. Apparently, Jen was rude to her. Her unprofessionalism didn't end there. She called me, which I didn't take her call so she text me to talk smack about my friend. Now let's get realistic, who am I going to believe? I good friend I've known for 30 years or someone who has a ton of bad reviews. Time to look in the mirror and take some business lessons. Never be rude to the customer! Before you book here, I would google this place, FB and yelp review here. Look elsewhere first, you may not get what you are looking for!
