Absolutely do not book these people for any special events. Although at first they seem pleasant and friendly, they will not make your experience a good one. A family member booked them September of 2024 and just now received their photos. They were promised photos in December 2024, so they were 7 months late. They do not respond even after multiple attempts, and when they do they give excuse after excuse. There was no proper apology and no sympathy. You absolutely do not want to work with these unprofessional photographers. Save yourself the headache and do NOT book them. If I can give 0 stars I would. read more

I had the WORST experience with Rojas Photography. Do yourself the hugest favor and do not book them! I hired them to photograph my wedding in fall 2024. At first, the conversations were pleasant and it sounded like a great deal. Sergio took our engagement photos. The shoot was casual and didn't seem like he was putting the most effort. Nonetheless, I received my engagement photos on time and they came out nice. Come wedding time, they were late to the church ceremony. I didn't appreciate this because I had people telling me they weren't present which caused stress for me. But anyways, the day of my wedding went well. They were there for most of the day and it seemed like they were capturing a lot of the wedding. I received my sneak peeks a few weeks later. Nina promised I would receive my final gallery before the holidays. Unfortunately, I did not receive them. I emailed, called, texted, direct messaged them for seven nearly eight months without a response from Nina. Throughout this time, we could see that they were active on social media! This caused so much stress for my husband and I as we thought we were never going to get our wedding gallery. We had to threaten them with legal action to get our final wedding gallery. I was ecstatic to see our photos but this daunting experience really tainted my excitement. This was by far the most unprofessional encounter I have ever had. There was lack of sympathy and they blamed personal reasons as to why I didn't get my wedding photos. There was no reason why I had to wait eight months to get my photos. I did not have a good experience with Jenina. She was very unprofessional which is clearly her motto and the reviews speak for itself. She took my graduation photos and gave me a date of when she would send them which she in fact did not send them by that date. She did not reach out to me to let me know my photos wouldn't be done in time, I had to text her multiple times and my mom even had to call her. She sent me my pictures past the date, did not even apologize to me for the inconvenience and even tried to play the victim. She even proceeded to tell me she was not excited to send me my photos which shouldn't matter because I paid her for a service. She takes pictures of people and then makes them wait long periods of time before sending them if she even sends them because some people have mentioned they never got their photos. She runs this business with her husband who also appears to be just as unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and the money and the stress and find someone else to book with. Not once did she mention that her turnaround time was going to be a month and she never made it a point to reach out to me during this whole process unless I messaged her first. She tries to make herself look like this nice person but anyone with a good heart wouldn't treat their clients this way. Do not book with these people!!!! read more

I was so excited when I found Nina in December 2020, I loved her style and I found her package to be affordable. On 11/12/2020 Nina stated that turn around time was up to 2 weeks. I booked on 11/13/2020 for 11/18/2020. I had to reach out on 11/16/2020 as Nina had not contacted me in regards to location and the shoot was just 2 days away. I feel like she should have reached out to me sooner in regards to location, not the other way around. The day of the shoot was great. Nina and Sergio showed up in time and were friendly. It was a bit of a walk to the location from the parking lot so the shoot went a little over. Both my husband and I offered to compensate for the extra time and the offer was declined. I reached out on 12/1/2020 sharing that I was excited to get our gallery on the promised day of 12/2/2020 and did not receive a response. We unfortunately did not receive the gallery until 12/11/2020 end of day, over a week late. Nina was advertising a rushed fee to receive your galley sooner on her Instagram page, which I know is a common practice. However, I feel that it was unfair and unprofessional m to do this if she was unable to deliver my gallery in the promised timeframe. Unfortunately our Christmas cards were delivered to our friends and family late that year. The photos were beautiful, but the customer service aspect was extremely lacking. read more

It sadness me to write this review as the family was great to work with in the beginning. But after waiting 8 long months to receive my wedding photos (which still haven't received) and no effort for them to respond to me about where the photos are, I have no choice. Everything started off well working with the family, communication was great & our save the date pictures were amazing. We were promised sneak peeks and our photos 8-12 weeks after the event per our contract. I reached out a little after the 12 weeks to give them time as we know life happens, I even gave them an extra month before reaching out. Since them they have not responded to my texts, emails or Instagram messages. We see on their page they are still working & sending galleries. It just sucks because I'll never get to see those wedding photos and we also lost out on the money we paid. I hope they don't do this to anyone else! So heartbreaking. read more

My Husband and I have always used Nina and Sergio for our family photos, daughter's birthday photos, Mother's Day, Pregnancy Announcement, and Maternity Photos as referring them to other family members & friends who have used them as they are the absolute best! Nina is so patient with our daughter (who at times did not want to stay still) we appreciated her giving us ideas for outfits, scenery and making my Husband and I feel comfortable with our poses. I understand with their profession it takes time to sit and go through each photo as they edit and we have never been disappointed with any of the photos we have received as they have always come out exceeding our expectations! read more

Have relatives who used them for their wedding and never received their photos. They lied and claimed that they were "working" on their photos and that they'd be receiving them soon, only to find out months later that they "lost" all their photos due to not properly backing them up on their drive. Every photographer that I've met who does weddings always has multiple drives to prevent lost work from happening; however, their poor planning caused my relative to not receive any of her wedding photos. Horrible service as we had multiple family members fly from across the country and drive from out of town to be with my family on this special day, yet we have no pictures to recreate this memory. They were also impossible to reach during this time and made it difficult to receive a refund. save yourself the heart ache and go somewhere else.
