I have sold several properties over the years and when interviewing a number of agents I was looking for someone I felt comfortable engaging with, who I knew I could trust, with a good track record and who had many positive reviews; someone knowledgeable and someone who is a seasoned professional. I had been receiving Jack's monthly newsletters for well over two years and knew in advance he is well informed with an intimate knowledge of relevant statistics and data. After meeting Jack the first time, it was a "no brainer" that working with him would be in my very best interests. In retrospect, Jack met and far exceeded my expectations. Above all, Jack has integrity, is honest to a fault, trustworthy, courteous and authentic. Professionally, his decisions, strategies and tactics are well informed by his vast experience and knowledge of market data, statistics and trends. Everything he recommended proved to be the wisest and everything he suggested proved to be the correct choice - bar none. He was reassuring, responsive and reliable throughout the selling process, which was flawless from start to finish. I am very glad to add yet another 5-star review to his already perfect collection of reviews. Thank you Jack and much appreciated. We sold my house and I not only gained a perfect learning experience, but a true friend.

She didn't hesitate to help us from the very start! She set up a meeting with us to talk about our wants and needs. The moment we met with Michelle we knew she would work diligently for us. She told us exactly what we had to do to prepare in selling our home. Michelle was motivated and the next thing we knew we were having an Open House! Emad is a great real estate agent and truly worked hard to deserve this 5-star rating!…read more Emad was very easy to communicate with and is available for the most part via text and email. His commission rate was fair, as it covered a large amount of the side costs, such as landscaping, paint touch up, 3D photography, and cleaning. Although we did contemplate the idea of selling the house ourselves, we're glad we went with Emad instead. Numerous unknown factors came up, such as the buyers adding a new person on the loan, the back-and-forth haggling of transferring the solar energy, a buyer backing out, and a plethora of paperwork. Emad worked closely with us to ensure that everything was smooth and that we did as little as possible. He called it the "white glove" experience :) His strategy is to list the sale price a bit lower to gain more interests and have buyers bid against each other. This worked to our advantage, as we ultimately sold the house for the price that we wanted in the first place! Our home was listed on June 8th, we had multiple offers by the end of the week. Our first deal fell through, but Emad kept back-up offers and touched bases with those buyers right away. Within the next two days, we accepted the second offer and the entire transaction was closed and finalized by July 30th! We highly recommend Emad if you are still contemplating on a real estate agent! We'll definitely reach out to him for future real estate ventures!

After we moved out of state, Janet and her team took care of the details, completing needed minor repairs and updates, thoroughly cleaning the house, staging it, and arranging for professional photographs. The house looked fantastic when it hit the market, and within just three days we received two offers, including one at full asking price!
