5 reasons why you should not buy anything from them :…read more 1) cheating and misleading - I have ordered 5 orchids of 20cm tall and wedding bouquet with white & pink flowers. I received 5 orchids 5 cm tall and bouquet without even one white flower - I will upload images as a proof. 2) not professional - when I called and complained about it, I was told that this is what I ordered (they didn't know I took picture) and I can pass by to take 10 eur from their shop. On my wedding day ! What an insult! 3) poor quality - some flowers in the bouquet and buttonhole were old, browned and not fresh , you could see that even from distance. 4) poor service - nobody apologized to me for delivery of the wrong order , day before my wedding I was lied to in my face and insulted . 5) not honest - lied that there is no discount until I showed them their own flyer stating 10% discount which was on their door! So if you missed it - no discount , if not - you got 10% ! So cheap so sad . No measures for COVID , staff didn't wear masks and didn't keep required distance . No hand sanitizer or control of how many persons inside the shop . I didn't feel safe .

When she asked me how the bouquet looked, I asked her to make a minor, MINOR tweak, and she acted like I had personally attacked her. While the selection of flowers available was good, I would not have a bouquet made here again.
