Rogersville Library is a quaint, full service library with a wonderful little staff. I take my elderly father-in-law there quite often. His facial deformity can make communication a bit difficult but Caroline, the head Librarian is truly a kind & understanding soul. Caroline has also assisted her staff with communication. He requires large print books & Caroline always accommodates his requests rapidly. Caroline has created a welcoming, fun, engaging & colorful decor for the children, a beautifully wonderful change.
