I talked to the owner, Sue Cocca, who explained the services that her company offers. Sue sent an email with ProVisions's presentation that completely explained the services that she offers to her clients. Next, I received the forms that I needed to complete for her to handle my property. After the paperwork was completed, Sue went to work. She contacted my tenants (after I let them know that she would be calling) to arrange for a walk through. Sue made recommendations to me regarding items that should be addressed to make the property more attractive to potential renters. Next she contacted service people for me to get estimates. If she received an estimate that she thought was out of line, she made additional contacts. The most important thing to me is that she found a qualified tenant to rent my property very quickly. ProVision Realty and Sue Cocca provides excellent service. She treated my property as if it were her own. If you have property that you need to rent, you would be wise to contact ProVision Realty.

Chris and his sidekick (Cheyenne) were an absolute pleasure to work with!…read more I am so thankful that God led me to All-In-One Property Management. These are two very hardworking individuals!! It's easy to find folks who "claim" that they can or will perform a requested service. However, it is not so easy to find someone to DELIVER on the services agreed to. These two knocked it out of the park! Competitive pricing, Prompt, Professional, Thorough and very Conscientious of their workmanship!! I highly recommend All-In-One !

Cupboards are all water logged and kitchen sink was caving in. There are very loud neighbors that are disrespectful and rude. The walls and floors are very thin. The office will do nothing about the noise. There is a very high turnover rate here. It's one of those places that the staff seem helpful and nice until you move in and find out that it's not what you expected. A few days later after giving him the go-ahead, he and another guy started in the morning and added nice, new gutters to the entire house within 2-3 hours. We had this business come out last spring and give us an estimate on removing our old roofing, and…read morethen put on a new metal roof ($8,500.00). The owner in writing on the contract said any problems would be covered for 2 years. The owner, with his crew showed up on time, they were polite, and professional. The crew consisted of two men, and one day there were three. They installed the roof. We have two vents, for the bathrooms. The vents were crooked on top of the roof. Which I thought looked sloppy, and would leak. They insisted it would be fine. Now to my problem. The roof leaks, and my husband has called and left messages on three separate occasions. The owner has to date. (December 2, 2022) not called us back. One of the vents is leaking in the main bathroom, and also, leaking around our chimney. The leak in the bathroom is pretty bad, and I do not know how much damage has been done. We have called another contractor to fix the leaks, and they are backed up, but will get here as soon as they can. I am very disappointed, and angry about all of this. My husband and I are retired, and we really cant afford all of this crap. They did sloppy work, and I am still picking up nails and roofing in my yard months later. Buyer Beware!!!!!! We made a huge mistake getting our roof from this man. If I could I wouldn't give any stars. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
