However, I continue to experience severe and ongoing symptoms, including night terrors, an inability to work, and chronic pain in my left hand and knees, which now necessitate replacement surgery. Although Weaver Law Firm may claim they provided satisfactory representation and even reimbursed me for their services, I strongly disagree. Their delayed filing of my case, which they attributed to the police, raises concerns about their professionalism and dedication to their clients. A subsequent consultation with another law firm suggested that the lack of medical bills hindered my case, further highlighting my dissatisfaction with Weaver Law Firm's handling of my case. I do not feel that Weaver Law Firm in Gainesville, Georgia valued me as an injured person and client. I have been in counseling since the accident on March 22, 2022. It's been three years. The gentleman who fell asleep and caused the car accident had his lawyer, who had my case thrown out due to late filing. Instead of providing that necessary information to this former client, the realtor used the services of Traditions Law Group to deny me my rights to the settlement information -- instead, their lead attorney sent me an unprofessional, nasty and threatening email, adding severe insult to the realtor´s injury. Perhaps this Traditions Law Group lead attorney has seen too many old Perry Mason episodes, as he failed to represent his own realtor client´s best interest, not to mention mine, by refusing to assist with my reasonable request for full settlement information from this law firm´s own client.
