That shop did everything but what my husband originally wanted. He knew that other things would come up; it's an old truck. That shop wanted to run up my husband's bill, and that was before they even did what he wanted. After 2 days of them telling my husband that he needs more and more things done but nothing about what he asked for. He went and got his truck back. They did not know how to work on my husband's truck and just tried to do things that they thought they knew how to do to keep his business. That shop cherry-picked what it wanted to fix and didn't even do a good job with the things that they supposedly fixed. This shop returned my husband's truck sounding worse than when he dropped it off. I could hear the difference, and I know nothing about cars. The shop that has my husband's truck right now showed him everything that needed to be done, and some of those things are things that Roger's Auto Care was supposed to do. Things were done but not correctly. They did a horrible job, and they will never get my family's business again. read more

I took it in for a timing belt change. It was very reasonably priced and I didn't have any problems. The staff seemed knowledgeable.

My service at Rogers' Auto Care was the best I've ever had at an auto shop. I was experiencing loss of power and stuttering when idle and took it in the late morning hours. I thought it wouldn't be looked at until the next morning but they were able to diagnose it and have the issues fixed within only a few hours after dropping it off with quick accuracy. So it was all done within that same afternoon and they only charged me for half an hour of service instead of for all the hours the car is there and no one is working on it, as I have experienced at other shops. The price was also reasonable and not gouging with mystery costs like I have experienced from another shop in the area. The people at Rogers' Auto were not shifty and trying to tack on extra costs either. I was sent an invoice with all of the costs and no fees that made no sense - just for the parts, the diagnostic, and the half hour of labor, and all I had to do was agree with it and they got to work immediately and fixed it within a few short hours. I was amazed at how fast and easy it was to work with them. I also loved the cute dog in the lobby who is friendly with strangers. The people working here were nothing but professional, to the point, and I could tell they actually do value integrity, just like their website states, by how they handle business in a straight-forward and honest manner. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for repairs in the area. Seriously. As a note: The reviewer Brandon H. - the only person to give such a low one star rating - posted a ridiculously far-fetched story and was probably a competitor from nearby making something up to slander this business because they do great work for a fair price. There's no way that self-entitled reviewer had interacted with the same people as I did. Not to mention if he and his father are such expert mechanics as he stated, there would have been no reason for them to come to another shop and they would have already known what the issue with their Mustang was instead of relying on another mechanic to figure it out for them. I call BS on that type of review and whoever posted that should really concentrate on doing better business themselves instead of being underhanded by leaving fake reviews. I had the most beautiful experience at Roger's auto care. There was a lady with short hair in great shape(she looks like she works out) that I spoke to on the phone and greeted me when I arrived with the warmest welcome. I arrived and the guys were headed to lunch. But I was offered to wait in the lobby. I decided to go home for a nap. Just when i was ready to start calling the hogs, my car was done. I got breaks and rotors done which i usually do myself but it was raining and the Spouses fb page recommended this Autoshop. Here I am! I highly recommend this shop! PS. There's a lil dog in there but it was very sweet. I also am not a dog person at all but this one just came for a smell and went about it's business. Great service! I appreciate you! This is the worst shop I've ever experience. I've never seen a more clueless group of "mechanics" break so many things and not tell the owner of which the vehicle they are working on. I brought in my mustang to get diagnosed for a rough idle and explained it was probably a vacuum leak. They really didnt want to listen to a person of my age, little did they know i had been talking to my father which has been Master Tech for 20+ years and I also am in college for auto tech. When I received a phone call stating to come pick my car up i was returned now a car that could not stay running unless i kept my foot on the gas and they Charged me 400$ to say nothing was wrong with it other then it needed to be retuned. I was livid at the fact they fixed nothing. But instead of keeping a brick of a car i decide to fix it myself. Little did i know the I'm going to say head "mechanic" had destroyed 2 hose clamps, broke a bolt off into my engine block and left it, and placed the fuel injectors back in with no o-rings. This shop deserves to be shut down and best believe I'll be reporting this to my higher ups in the military to get this place on the list so they can't scam any other soldiers out of their money, and destroy their cars. read more
