Staff are friendly and welcoming. Some speak a little English, some don't speak any at all, but that's ok. The menus come in both English and Italian.
The pizzas, as to be expected in Napoli, are simple, yet very tasty. All use quality ingredients and are cooked perfectly. Other menu items such as steak and seafood are good value for the price.
There's a small wine list, which isn't always in stock, but the waiter is happy to show what they do have, sometimes bottles not on the menu and will recommend something local if you aren't sure what to try.
As is standard in almost every Italian restaurant, there is a nominal table charge per person, but that is clearly indicated on the menu, and added separately to your bill.
