Staff is lovely and very very helpful. They have great chairs with massagers which are so comfy and exccelent for your back! Hairdresser spend such a long time doing my hair and she was thinking about all tiny details. They have a student discount and if you are lucky and have a student discount book it is very very cheap!!!

On the second visit my appointment was for 10.30am the stylist who was doing my hair had called in sick, so rather than call me to let me know, they presumed I would have my hair done with someone else, so I cancelled. My third visit I had made appointment for 11.45am. I was left in the waiting area until 12.40pm. Although I was offered different drinks during this time, I was left feeling a little deflated after waiting one hour. I pointed out to the stylist that I wasn't happy having to wait around for 1 hour for my hair doing and to be fair to them they did knock something off the price, but still, I was left feeling disappointed with the whole saga. I can't even say that having my hair done there would compensate there bad management. So I decided, that would be my final visit.

Even if the queue seems long, you rarely have to wait long as they have a lot of excellent stylists. The small waiting area has comfortable seats and there is a good variety of newspapers to read while you wait! Although not the cheapest, it is good value for money and you will always get a decent cut from any of their friendly stylists. They are very patient with children, who are usually offered a lollipop after their haircut!
