Rich Boullabaise with mussels, crab, shrimp, scallops and fish.

Loved the garden setting. We has a reservation and were seated in one of the rooms next to a window overlooking the pond and flowering planta. Perfect! We had an appetizer of house salad followed by the Cehs's special which was a Boullabaise. The food was delicious, the sefvice was impeccable even in snowbird season. We really enjoyed our evening our even thought the price was exorbitant.

    Schnitzel! Was amazing!

Everything was great! Food and service were exceptional. The restaurant was clean and elegant. We ordered the schnitzel, salmon and the snapper. All were delicious. Definitely an older crowd and it does get busy. Owned by the same family for 50 years.

    Beautiful view from the bar!

Roessler's is a fine dining oasis is a sea of corporate mediocrity on the Trail. Klaus and team have maintained high standards for decades and have a very devoted clientele. Food quality, service and libations are all top notch!!! Well done!!!

Elegant and beautifully appointed. Reminiscent of the quiet, dignified and refined dining experiances of yesteryears. Every dish was deliciously presented. The garden with its cheerful fountain, pond, bridge and gazebo made the setting even more memorable. Our server Mark was on point and provided seamless service. Family owned and operated for almost half a century. A real gem in these times of corporately operated food factories.

Was invited to this gem of a restaurant by our neighbors. Good thing they did... this place is hidden and would be hard to find if we didn't get the invite! Glad we came - food was excellent all around - we had tenderloin au Poivre and it was divine! Our waiter was a long time regular, excellent knowledge of the menu. We finished with bananas foster - made at our table! Fantastic!

June 2 2023 - 2 for dinner / our 33rd wedding anniversary - Never been here in the 2 years we have lived in FL. We were looking for a special spot for occasions like birthday, anniversary, Mother's or Father's day etc etc. I had made reservations on Open Table which was problematic but with a quick message and a fast callback we fixed this directly. I am going to abandon Open Table fyi as this was the last issue for me. Call these folks directly. A VERY interesting spot modified private home blown out and heavily landscaped!!! Great ambiance, décor, and table settings. Sure a little 'dated' but that's the charm. Clean, impeccable tableware and place settings. Service by 'Marshall' was top notch and professional all the way!!! There seemed to be many regulars at the bar and in the restaurant and they were quite comfortable in their 'second' home like the Cheers bar? You will see why. 10/10 We ordered NA beer and a Cosmo and a second Cosmo later. both seemed a little lethargic in arriving and it was noted the bar was backed up?? But the place was not full at all? Maybe shorthanded? Bread arrived HOT and fresh, side plate with butter patty, oil and pepper as an option. Really nice. (don't usually score bread but this was a very nice product and cooked/baked perfectly) 10/10 We opted for a lobster/snail appetizer (Escargot a la Bourguignonne) that was nicely presented and served hot. There was some sort of 'off' spice or flavor or tanginess that my wife and I could not identify (hoping not a seafood issue with the snail or lobster) more on this later. At $22 this was a bit pricey certainly for the 6 quarter sized serving? Oddly enough that was $1 per letter in the description??? (smile) 5/10 My mistress for 33 years got the Snapper Pontchartrain with tomatoes, artichokes, mushrooms' capers and scallions etc etc. This was a very nice piece of fish and it was sauté nicely and served hot. The entrée was nice and the mushrooms and tomato but the spices and quality of the rice scoop, pickled cabbage scoop, two carrot slices, and scoop of creamed spinach was very buffet/cafeteria and overcooked or 'cool' when served. Of note at $41 for the entrée this was the second most expensive thing on the menu? 6/10 I went for the "Rack of Lamb" and got just the two chops for $34. (see picture) a nice display but I am not sure the word "rack" should be in this description. I was expected 2 full sized chops. As with my wife's entrée I got the same 'scoops' of veggies that were unimpressive and I skipped over after tasting. Additionally a potato veggie and a mushroom side that might have been made to order that were better. The veggies has some distracting heavy cinnamon and cumin spices and that may have been the odd flavor in the lobster/escargot appetizer. If you push all the veggies aside its $16 per mini chop..... (frown) 5/10 All in all, a lovely place and especially for a romantic dinner. A bit on the $$$ side in the value dept. A zero score for vegetarian, vegan, or other alternative diets. If one wanted to eat just vegetables you would be very disappointed. This was one of my 5 or so meals of the month 'off' my wfpb eating regime. A little more generous main portions for better value, and a vast improvement (or elimination) on the all veggie sides. Service was awesome and a great location/facility.

While Bohemios is tapas, they also offer some full plate dishes such as the Paella and our other dish, Bohemios Churrasco. We definitely liked the food. The Paella had a mild familiar flavor. It could have used more seafood but for the price, I was more than satisfied. The Churrasco steak was cooked perfectly for me and their zesty chimichurri sauce made it excellent. I didn't try the side of Gallo Pinto, I don't really like most beans, but my wife seemed to enjoy it. The fried sweet plantains were delicious. Another thing I did enjoy was their Mediterranean Bruschetta, three pieces stacked high, what a great start to the meal. Bohemios is a smallish place with about 8 tables and maybe a dozen bar seats inside, a few more tables outside. Reservations are recommended. Our server was a fun, outgoing, memorable guy and we loved all our interactions. The pace of the meal was good, about 10 minutes for the Bruschetta, another 10 after we finished for the main course. We picked a bad day for only one reason, the guitar player was out with an injury.

Thank you, Martin, for a lovely evening!

There is street parking and a small private parking lot. I highly recommend reservations on the Resy app about 1-2 weeks in advance, as the restaurant is busy in winter. FOOD: You can choose between a la carte or the Prix Fixe menu. The Prix Fixe is a small-portioned three-course (bite, appetizer, and entrée) menu featuring some of our signature dishes. The Prix Fixe experience begins at $58 per person (there are additional add-ons) for dine-in only. 1. Waterzooi Soup (3/5; Red Farms chicken | caramelized leeks | carrots | local cream | focaccia toast | parsley emulsion | carrot purée): This is a Belgian soup. The serving size of the soup in the prix fixe was relatively small. The presentation was nice, and the chicken soup was a nice winter dish. The chicken broth was savory but at room temperature. 2. Autumn Salad (2/5; mixed artisanal greens | brûléed bucheron cheese | radicchio | toasted French walnuts | red grapes | fig balsamic vinaigrette): I felt like something was lacking from this seasonal autumn salad. It's OK for me, as I mostly ate the bucheron cheese with the grapes and walnuts. 3. Filet Mignon (4/5; seared | maître d'hôtel butter | red wine jus | truffle potato purée | asparagus (additions: sauce Choron, seared foie gras, Maine lobster tail, local exotic Petrichor mushrooms): It was cooked perfectly. This is a staple in the menu. I did not add any of the additionals. The service was great. Our water and drinks did not touch the bottom. The server came around often to check in and give his recommendations. If you want to do order pick up, it is available Tuesday-Saturday between 5 - 8 PM. Would I come back? Yes. I want to try other items on the menu.
