I sent pictures and spoke to All Seal on 3 occasions and they insisted it was not their fault, that I had grubs. I insisted it was NOT grubs and there was black asphalt in the burned areas. They would not come and repair the damage that they caused. The driveway sealing and "crack filler" was sloppy and had streaks and lines in it on the entire drive. The cracks are not filled well and it was just a lousy job. I had used the company prior and had no issues. They have certainly changed their quality and their customer service was most unsatisfactory. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, the pricing was high and the quality of the work was bad. Their responsibility to repair the damage that they caused was completely ignored.

Chris Buck was the project manager and unlike other experiences I have had was very attentive to ensure the project moved along smoothly and with quality work. He dropped off materials in advance so workers were ready to proceed upon arrival; he stopped in to check on the work at each stage to make sure quality work was performed and also was to my satisfaction. Communication was excellent, I always knew when to expect what to happen. I said my main goal was to have the room look brand new as though nothing had happened and that is exactly what they did. I am thrilled with their work and especially with the professional and pleasant attitude Chris displayed. They were recommended by my insurance company and I would not hesitate to use them again. The representative that came out. Gave a budget between 5kand $7000 ( which I felt was reasonable for what I was asking) took pictures of the entire property, the back of the house, etc. etc. and then never returned. There was no follow up. We did not get a reason for the lack of communication and certainly did not get any information on the needs that we wanted taken care of in the spring of both immediate and in spring of 2026. We were willing to pay what they asked with cash. Many assumptions can be made about the reason for ghosting a potential customer with cash in hand. In our case, I would say the most likely reason was, we didn't meet the average local demographic. What other the reason would a company give you a quote, then abandon you when it came time to schedule the work and collect payment. I strongly recommend finding a company that values' sales no matter what the demographic and that is not biased.
