He tells me his diagram is telling him my septic is in the backyard. I point to the holes in the front yard. I tell him my husband is going to have my head for him driving his big truck into this driveway. He said the truck was empty, he works at night doing pumping. So what!! The truck is heavy sitting on a softer asphalt than what streets are made of. He left big marks on the driveway. I told him he should ask in the future. He said he was calling the office and making notes that the septic is in the front. Then I look at the paper he filled out and it clearly says under diagram/notes FRONT YARD!!! SMH!!! We were told that…read morethey coordinate with our pool company all the time, which is why we went with them, but it seemed like it was their first pool install - they could not explain the process to us in a way that helped us coordinate with our patio guy, fence guy, etc. - and then they'd show up at the job site and be visibly upset at us, and the landscapers, for not doing what they wanted properly. Extremely unprofessional and very difficult to work with. (Note: strangely, the plumbing side of the house did great!).
