I had asked her if it was possible to be careful of the dogwood I have in my garden from a friend that was given to me for my son that passed. She made sure it was not touched & even took down his bird house & made the stump a beautiful place to keep it. I would recommend them to anyone having a tree taken down. This pine tree was huge & they cleaned up the debris & also made sure the huge trunks & branches did not destroy the lawn while taking them to the chipper. They were amazing to watch! I caution against working with Santini's Landscaping. I've tried to resolve the issues we've had…read morewith them privately, but they refuse to respond. The list of issues with the project we paid for is long, so I will share a few key points. First, they did not do what we paid them a significant sum to do. You can find images of the design we agreed to as well as what we ended up with on our Google Review. You can form your own opinion from there. Second, they damaged our brand new fence and refused to reimburse us the $945.00 we had to pay to get it fixed. Third, we requested they remove 2 Facebook posts advertising their business that featured our property. One of the posts included our young child, and it took several requests until they finally removed it. The second post has not been removed as of this date. We hired Steve Santini thinking that his business was well-established and we were willing to pay a higher amount than quoted by others to have the work done properly. Unfortunately, we made a significant mistake. Steve ordered his workers to deviate from the agreed upon design and contractual agreement without consulting us. In the end, we had to hire a different landscaping company to fix what Santini did to our property.

I retracted my last review because I wanted to give them an opportunity to improve their after-sale…read moreservice. I have to say the crew undoubtedly worked very hard and long hours. But the owner is a whole different story, we spent $100k on our landscaping project, he was very accomodating before the final payment was made, then right after, his whole attitude changed. There was never anybody answering the phone at the office, he never replied to phone messages I have left, when texted him with the requests, he said he doesn't like customers texting him and he blocked us from any further textings, funny thing is, he never complained about us calling and texting him before the final payment was made. The plantings have a one year warranty, the patios and stoneworks have 2 year warranty, but it was like pulling teeth when we requested him to replace the dead shrubs and repair some pavers. When he fianally sent someone "Bob" over to fix the problems today, he was rude and full of attitude, accusing us for being unreasonable. OUTRAGEOUS!!! $100k was not a small project, there are bound to be needing fine tunings and adjustments, that's what warranties are for! But according to the owner and this particular worker, the paying customer is considered too demanding to request for repairs on patios or replacement of dead plants. I will never use this company again!
