Of you wanna eat here, you really have to come here early, because they sell out the Doner so quickly and long wait times are ahead of you, because shop is very small.
Doner is made different ways, but this place uses free range lamb for their Doner, the animals are fed with grass and fresh oregano gives a fantastic taste to the meat. Doner is as you know, is originally made from gorund or layers of lamb, put on a rotating spit, vertically grilled and served thin sliced. Uludag kebab, is the oldest known serving Iskender kebab, thinly sliced lamb served over toasted bread, tomato sauce and melted butter over, some yogurt on the side. A taste you would never forget, i was the 3rd generation ate at this place, and always recommend it to everyone. Cannot wait to go back sometime, hopefully very soon!!!
