At one point, I really liked therapy with Rose. Then she lied to me. She told me that she was…read moregoing to get a suicide contract and instead called the cops. I only complied because I was afraid of being arrested. I was in the hospital for one week. I had a special needs weiner dog named Pedro which needed a lot of care. He was a senior I adopted from a dachshund rescue and he needed heart medication and special food. We called him "wee man" and he didn't have any teeth. He went to boarding during that week and he was very poorly when I bailed him out. Two days after I come home, he dies in my arms while we rushed him to the vet. My daughter and my husband were in the vehicle with me when he passed. My whole family was heartbroken. I didn't find another therapist due to some serious trust issues. Rose you know what you did. Therapists shouldn't lie to their clients because they are uncomfortable listening to the truth. I still have a hard time trusting anyone with my true feelings as I am scared I will be put in a hospital against my will.

Every person in the world should be lucky enough to be part of this 'family'...I say family,…read morebecause Dr. Mercier along with Donna (his wife/nurse) have created an environment where you are listened to and cared for in a way that is almost impossible to find nowadays. Heather Dyer (PA) and every person in this office goes above & beyond. The best way to explain my faith in this practice,is to share my biggest fault. I have no patience. None. Zero. If my appointment is at 1pm, at 1:02 I'm already mad. I have willing waited for over an hour to see Dr Mercier. What makes me less impatient & angry??? As sit in the waiting room, I think of the past 5 times I've been in the office & Donna has sat patiently asking me how I am, what are my concerns. Dr Mercier & Heather never act like they are in a hurry. I know that they are running late due to treating every patient as if they are the only one. I can't praise this office staff or the practice enough.
