The Victorian Charm was, well...charming! The owners have really made this home a gorgeous, quaint and warm respite from the bitter cold of this winter weather. We stayed in the "Decker" room. The room is so well furnished and breathtaking in its beauty and is exquisitely ornate. See what I'm talking about in the photo I took. Breakfast was precisely prepared and scrumptious. She was skeptical until we walked in the door. She absolutely loved it. Overnight temps Sat. were below zero outside, it didn't matter, we took a walk anyway. It was not easy to get her out of the Inn to go home on Sunday. Jack and Mindy were just great hosts. We all sat in the "Men's Parlor" (my label) Friday evening and chatted about all sorts of things. You couldn't find a nicer couple. A great breakfast was cooked to order by Jack. Will we be back again in the Spring.

The hotels are nice they are very clean and the front desk is friendly they're haply to do anything to help make your stay more comfortable. They seem like a family owned business. Guests must wear a face mask to the table, and anytime they get up from the table. Tables are clean and clear of any table set-ups - so no salt and pepper, sugar, candles or utensils on the table. The waitstaff are impeccable in following the face mask requirement. It's important to make a reservation, because the restaurant is operating at half capacity so that tables can be well distanced apart.

Woke Up to Strangers in My Room - Completely Unacceptable…read more I stayed at Quality Inn & Suites in Towanda, PA while working night shifts. After a 14-hour night, I moved rooms at their request--they claimed the AC had been fixed. I went to sleep around 8 AM. At 11 AM, I woke up to two men in my room working on the AC. They had been inside for over an hour. The front desk let them in while I was sleeping, even after seeing me in bed--because the manager didn't know when the workers would be back. Turns out, they lied about the AC being fixed. They just needed my original room because of overbooking. This was a massive violation of privacy and safety. I've filed a complaint with corporate. Do not stay here if you value basic respect or personal security.

Another great feature is that there is a door between the bedroom and the kitchen/living room area. There was only a shower and not a bath tub (which is something I prefer, but the parents with young kids would have preferred a tub). If you plan to cook, note that the cookware is very worn/scratched Teflon (my daughter is picky and brought her own frying pan). I would definitely consider staying here the next time I am in town.

It was an apartment sized hotel room, a separate bedroom with a TV, bathroom and a kitchenette with a living area and another TV. Also a stunning view from your personal porch. The staff were wonderful, room was extremely clean, and it's just off the highway. I will be staying there in the future. I really appreciate how reasonable the price is for the room and service! My one thing I'd change is I'd love if there were breakfast but the town is close by with breakfast and other food options.

He was very personable, and knowledgeable about what was open where and until when. We did not get a chance to utilize the exercise room or the pool but maybe next time. We did however enjoy our complimentary breakfast and it had many choices. (Cereal, yogurt parfait station, waffle making station, fruits. Bagels and bread, eggs, meat, juice, muffins. Pretty good breakfast. Our room was very clean and I was very happy with the pillows because let's face it sometimes hotel pillows suck but they were pretty good.

Plenty of parking, but not much around hotel. A few fast food joints, a Lowes and a Walmart and Aldi nearby. No sit down restaurant other than an Applebees. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, only pork sausage and powdered eggs, waffles or pancakes. No oatmeal, just cereal, and an instant Folgers coffee machine, first time i have seen one. Coffee not bad. Unlikely i will stay here again, but for the area and price it was okay.

A property representative defined the damages as coffee and blood on one towel and one washcloth. I emailed the property requesting to see pictures. Property representative, Brandy Breese, replied with, "I do not feel you need the pictures." While a property representative did eventually post an adjustment to my credit card, the involved property representatives charged me before they provided an explanation or proof. A schedule of fees should be provided prior to booking.

Everything is clean and within the guidelines of the covid 19 restrictions. We were very happy to see this. We felt very safe eating food from the breakfast area. You will not be disappointed by this place, the staff could not be more accommodating and friendly.
