I waited the rest of the afternoon, and by 5:30 p.m. (their posted closing time) I still hadn't received any phone call or update. I drove back to the shop, and they told me my cat had actually been finished but no one had called to let me know she was ready for pickup. I understand that delays can happen, and I would have appreciated a quick phone call letting me know they were running behind. What was most frustrating was having to make multiple trips because of the lack of communication. I hope they can improve their customer communication in the future so other pet owners have a better experience.

Dr.Ellie spent more than an hour checking and testing her. They kept her overnight to monitor her. When I arrived the next morning they had just finished an ultra sound on her and showed me the results and explained what they had found and what they recommended.
