We worked with Rocky Mountain Bank on a purchase in Arizona. They were quick when it came to underwriting our loan and we were kept in the loop on what was the next step. Our loan was approved a good week before we were going to close, it was painless and way more enjoyable than working with the realtor we had in AZ! Customer service was unhelpful, pushing me to call the branch, where I dealt with Mel, who was dismissive and offered no solutions. This isn't the dependable, locally-owned bank it once was. But anytime I call on the bank to help me with any issue - clearing a check before my weekly payroll deposit, opening a new account for my new business, or simply cashing a check, I am always met with a friendly, professional face and treated like I matter. My annual deposits are less than $50k and I never feel like an account they're willing to lose. I trust Bank of Jackson Hole 100%.

I called in and I spoke with Steven…read more I went in to get a loan as was advertised on the flyer I received. I was presented with the loans... which actually I was surprised I was offered. Then they went over their in-house program since I was in serious debt and that loan was only going to save me about $120.00 a month, which I still couldn't afford. I got mad and hung up... Then got an e-mail with a quote for their program and it was saving me $490.00 and was paying off everything in 48 months. I could afford that. It took me a day or 2 to finally call because I didn't just hang-up I had told him to screw off. (Pardon my language) I called back and, he didn't even blink. He lowered my payment even further because he wanted to see me able to make savings. So I ended up on a program for 5 years saving 632.00 a month. I am so happy the people here are so nice. I'm saving 200.00 a month now in a separate savings account like he suggested that is not linked to a debit card, and am at 1400.00 in there, I had someone from Citi give me a summons to appear, but their lawyers handled that and I never heard a peep from anyone again. My credit took a hit on the 4th month but Credit Karma is now showing it going up already on the 7th , and one of debts was just cleared off too. I'm so excited this is working that I had to Yelp. Thank you so much Complete Loan Funding and Steven, I apologize for being so rude the first time I called.

He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions with truth and honesty. I sent them the information he requested and then after 2 days we had a more meaningful conversation about the quarters I qualified for and the amounts per quarter. I was impressed and moved forward. 16 weeks later I received funding and I am very happy.I could tell he knew his stuff about erc.
