Absolutely loved our experience here, and will return next time we're in town (we're from Ohio!)…read more We were passing through town to visit Glacier NP, and I was extremely apprehensive due to my pup's anxiety. My stance shifted immediately upon arrival. Randy was extremely warm/receptive, from the moment he walked out to greet us at the car- to every detail noted on Anya's "report card" - each and every interaction on the phone- he made both my pup and I feel so comfortable right off the bat. The grooming was wonderful as well (we wanted her hair around her eyes and mouth slightly shorter and they were so sweet to do a touch up the next day!) Randy even gave us a phenomenal sushi recommendation in his hometown of Billings which we tried and LOVED!

Unfortunately, our experience with Pawsitively Perfect was extremely disappointing, primarily…read morebecause of the lack of communication and follow-through. We were visiting the area for only a week (all the way from NJ) and wanted to arrange care for our dog so we could spend some time exploring and hiking. We first tried to book online, but were unable to complete the reservation. Rather than giving up, we went directly to the location hoping someone could help us. The employee working there was new and understandably wasn't familiar with the booking procedures. We also happened to meet the owner's husband in the parking lot, but he wasn't able to provide the information we needed either. We were eventually given the manager's business card and told to contact her directly. We called the manager twice with no answer and also sent a text message explaining what we needed. We never received a response--not even a quick message acknowledging our inquiry. That was the most frustrating part of the experience. We completely understand that employees can be new and that owners and managers can be busy. What we don't understand is why, after trying to book online, making the effort to visit the business in person, calling twice, and sending a text, nobody could take a moment to respond. For a pet-care business, communication and reliability are extremely important. If a business is unable to accommodate a customer, a simple "Sorry, we're unable to help" would have been perfectly acceptable. Completely ignoring a potential customer after multiple attempts to reach out is not. Since we were only in the area for a week, we couldn't waste more time waiting for a response and had to find another option. Thankfully, we found a wonderful sitter who was responsive, accommodating, and took excellent care of our dog. We can't comment on the actual quality of their pet care because we were never able to get that far. However, based solely on our experience trying to become a customer, the communication and customer service were very unprofessional and left a very poor impression.

They are highly experienced, professional, attentive, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. They took the time to get to know our pup's personality, preferences, and routines, which made all the difference. The facility is clean, secure, and thoughtfully designed to keep dogs comfortable, safe, and engaged. I loved receiving regular updates and photos -- it gave me such peace of mind while we were away. Our dog came home happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. In fact, I think he was a little disappointed to leave her new friends! If you're looking for a place that treats your dog like family, this is it. We will absolutely be returning and recommending to everyone we know!

Where to start.... meeting April, and her meeting my little Lucci has literally changed our lives…read more Lucci is a rescue, who suffered some abuse in his previous life, and was holding quite a grudge. I've had a few different dog trainers attempt to work with him, with slow to no results. He's a challenging little guy, but an absolute love (full of kisses) once he trusts someone... but that was a very small circle of friends and family (most of whom don't live in LA). So, I was without reliable care for him. It was preventing me from being able to travel for work as much as I needed to, and was also sad for him to have such a limited social circle. Then, a friend at work told me about April. I will admit it took a few weeks to call, and I was expecting similar results as we've had in the past. Our appointment finally came, and well.. what happened next still amazes me. Within an hour, not only was she able to pet and leash my usually untouchable-by-strangers dog, but he was rushing up to give her kisses?!!?!! I was shocked and happy and emotional and just so very very relieved. In the last 6 months or so, she's been working with Lucci regularly, and the change in his demeanor is astonishing. He's a new little man. He has overcome an aversion to big dogs, made friends with many other dogs and returns to me happy and relaxed. I'm able to have friends over to my house without being concerned about him being aggressive, and needing to go in his crate (where he would bark non-stop). Instead, we now have a great routine for having people over, and he is actually excited to see friends come over to the loft. I've been able to travel stress and guilt free, knowing that he's having a fabulous time in my absence. ....and this last week, for the first time since I've rescued him, he was able to go to an off leash dog park. He did great! No issues with dogs or people, and just enjoyed himself. I'm so incredibly grateful for what April has done for us both.
