As well as the honey soy salmon, asparagus, fried rice, cucumber salad. Food was fresh, well seasoned, cooked to perfection! We cannot wait to return and try more from the menu!

Arowana Seafood and Ramen Bar was a pleasant surprise. The restaurant itself feels more polished…read moreand upscale than you might expect from its location, in a good way. Inside, it's clean, modern, and thoughtfully laid out, with a really nice fish tank front and center as you walk in, housing two juvenile arowana along with several parrot fish. It immediately sets a calm, inviting tone. Service was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Our server checked in at the right times, made sure drinks were refilled, and everything felt relaxed without being neglected. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen. The noodles had great texture and chew, and the portion of char siu was generous and well prepared. My only real gripe was the temperature. It came out warm enough to eat right away, but it cooled off faster than I prefer. If it had been served hotter, like I'm used to with ramen, it would have stayed hot much longer and been closer to perfect. We also tried a few appetizers. The pork buns were a letdown. The bun itself had potential, soft and pillowy, but the filling lacked both flavor and substance. At $3.50 each (two for $7), I expected more in either quantity or quality, preferably quantity. The shrimp dumplings were just okay, very similar to what I can buy at Costco and steam or fry at home, nothing bad, just not memorable. My wife ordered the seafood ramen and was happy with it, especially the amount of seafood included, which felt generous and well balanced. There were several entrees on the menu that sounded really appealing, but a couple of the ones I would have ordered were already sold out for the day, so I stuck with ramen this time. Overall, I'd absolutely come back. I'd happily get the ramen again and I'm especially interested in trying their entrees next time. I'd probably skip the appetizers, but the main dishes alone are enough to make this worth a return visit.

I had an unpleasant experience at the Harris Teeter in Hope Mills due to being given incorrect…read moreinformation about the store's return policy. I attempted to return a package of cookies and was told by an employee named Abby that the item had to be returned to the specific Harris Teeter location where it was originally purchased. This information is incorrect. Harris Teeter's return policy allows items to be returned at any Harris Teeter location. I was not requesting an exception--only that the standard policy be followed. Being given inaccurate policy information caused unnecessary inconvenience during what should have been a routine and straightforward transaction. The issue here is not the return itself, but the lack of accurate policy knowledge provided to customers. I hope store management addresses this through clearer communication or additional training so future customers do not encounter the same problem.

I wish I could give zero stars …read more. Every product I've purchased that is of the Harris Teeter brand has been absolutely TERRIBLE and reek of low quality ingredients.. from there pasta to their pasta sauce down to their frozen products. All disgusting. Overall store prices are quite high as well. With the money they make they should be able to make some products that aren't so completely unappetizing and repulsive. I also purchased a 4 pack of mini rose champagne bottles about a week or 2 ago that were on sale and quickly discovered why they were on sale. I opened one of the minis and it was COMPLETELY flat. As we all know champagne is suppose to be highly carbonated. If I wanted something with absolutely no bubbles I would have purchased still rose wine. It was disgusting how flat it was. I called to speak with a manager and explained to her I only opened one out of the 4 pack and wanted to return or exchange for something else since the product has clearly gone bad/was very old. She told me they wouldn't allow a return OR exchange on alcohol even tho as I said it was clearly gone bad or expired because there was no proof of expiration date on the package. She was pretty nonchalant about the problem and unapologetic. She seemed as tho my call was a bother to her. Terrible customer service overall! I told her they needed to remove them from the shelves but they probably didn't. Some unsuspecting customers have also purchased them excited thinking they were getting a deal with this sale only to find they are simply pushing out old expired product. (I opened one more after and the metal from the cap has rust on it!!!) Purchased pound cake slices from their bakery section and those were also terrible. Taste is low quality, reeks of artificial flavoring and chemicals. Produce selection is also uninviting. The selection of fresh, unpackaged lettuce is always disappointing. I am not from here but have been visiting this store only because it's close to where I am staying with my family the past couple months but my experiences have been absolutely horrible. Do not recommend to anyone. (My aunt only just informed me today they will double your money if you return their HT products which I was not aware of or I would have def returned every single Harris Teeter product I've purchased since I've been here) From the outside looking in this store site and this brand look nice, inviting, visually appealing, but no substance at the core. 0/5 Stars
