We like the layout of this indoor playground, it has a nice separate area for young toddlers, great slides, and plenty of things for kids to explore. It also has a snack bar with a limited menu, and a friendly and accommodating staff. If you get here early, it's typically less busy, and after about two hours, you can exit with energy expended children. It's our go to place for rainy days.

Great flat trail reservation with lots of little critters for the young ones(frogs, snakes,…read morebeetles,..) and a few small ponds for the kids to throw rocks into. We caught a majestic hawk as we paused to take a deep breath in (w/o our masks for a few seconds). It reminded us of how nature puts a pause to time and that trees indeed heal the weary soul. Our 6 yr old made some good memories here.

Went to their winter lights event with my two small children. Wildly over priced, the teenagers…read morerunning the place are appallingly rude, they randomly decided to close early and start turning lights off. We had to fight to use the train ride that we paid for since they refused to refund us. No one could tell us where the animals were that we had gotten feed for. The entire thing was confusing and disappointing and every single encounter we had with staff was aggressively rude. This was absolutely not a family friendly experience. We were charged over $90 for 20min of wandering around the property confused and insulted by the teenagers working there. After a full blown confrontation we were refunded $18 because they decided to close early without warning. Their response to us was that we were welcome to let our kids play in the dark for the remainder of the time we paid for if we wanted. Still can't believe the attitude the staff felt entitled to give paying customers just there to have fun with their toddlers. We will happily never be returning.

We had our play set built which was fine, but the mulch pit he put down grew grass after 6 weeks. When I notified him of the issue, he told me he was going to fix it. For several weeks he told me weekly he was going to come and I waited... and he never showed up. I asked him again after a couple months/winter and he told me he was coming... He again never showed. I'm writing this review to warn anyone and everyone about his lack of integrity and unsatisfactory work. DO NOT hire him to do any services because he will collect payment, then he will not back up his work and disappear.

This was our second visit to Polar Park and it is a beautiful park. Everything is still new and…read moreclean. The first time we went we had lawn seats and we had so much fun, everyone was so friendly and we had the awesome Adirondack chairs to sit in. The only drawback to the lawn seats is the sun, it got pretty brutal. This time we had tickets for seats and it wasn't as fun, but we were in the shade. All the concessions and very expensive. Pizza 9.25 a slice (and it wasn't especially good), the beer was very expensive so my husband only got one and bottles of water were very expensive. I would recommend eating somewhere near the park before you go in, there's plenty of great spots around there.
