We were going to discuss our problem and put on face masks before going inside. We showed up at eleven o'clock to find the technician already inside, not wearing face protection and talking with our mother. He said "I feel fine and have no symptoms of Covid 19." I should have asked him to leave because he obviously had no clue about Covid safety measures. We kept the visit short, did not get satisfaction from the service call and will not use Blockbuster again.

They set up a fairly complex mesh network for us, including using Wifi equipment from different manufacturers that we had in place. They did a fantastic job, creating a seamless network and improving Wifi access throughout the centre and out in our playground. They demonstrated technical proficiency in the area that exceeded what I anticipated.
