He first showed me that my tire plug was leaking and the tire had a tit in it. Then showed me that my drivers side front tire was bald and unsafe to drive on. When I asked for my back tires to be inflated to the same pressure, he said I would need to replace the back tires soon as well. I stepped out of the car to see that he was right. I loved that he didn't pressure me to get them replaced immediately, but I did because I knew he wasn't just trying to get money out of me and the price was reasonable for the size of my tires. Other customers pulled up. He greeted them and informed them that there was a short wait. A young man came and asked if he could take just 5 minutes to change his tire and he did not interrupt my service to assist someone else during my service. If you want personalized service, come to Papys.
