I can't tell you how I appreciate the customer service , reliability and price. These guys print up my menus in like minutes sometimes. I say this because I was going to kinkos before. Had so many problems where their machine would " break down " or they would just be standing around and I had sent my menus the day before. They were very expensive and the manager was rude and told me to go somewhere eise when I politely said I've had many problems picking up these things. Plus the price was much more than copy copy. If I remembered correctly, printing is .35cents per minute on the computer. You have to swipe your card first before doing anything else. The store is clean and well organized. I would recommend families and friends to come here if they need last minute printing or to fax documents out.

I was impressed by how easy the form was to fill out online (to let him know exactly what we were looking for). He was willing to meet me at Starbucks to pickup the order and then the second time around, he surprised us and delivered the obituaries straight to our door.
