We submitted a digital image and within in a couple days we had the banner. It was on a nice heavy duty vinyl/plastic with solid grommets. It looked very professional and I received many compliments on it. For the second project, we had about 100 tee shirts printed. Similar process. We submitted an digital image from our graphic designer and came into the office to see the different type of shirts we could print on. Within a short while we had our final product. The shirts were of great quality and I couldn't find any defects of the images. Overall, my experience with In the Mix Productions was great. The staff was friendly and the service was quick.

I can't tell you how I appreciate the customer service , reliability and price. These guys print up my menus in like minutes sometimes. I say this because I was going to kinkos before. Had so many problems where their machine would " break down " or they would just be standing around and I had sent my menus the day before. They were very expensive and the manager was rude and told me to go somewhere eise when I politely said I've had many problems picking up these things. Plus the price was much more than copy copy. If I remembered correctly, printing is .35cents per minute on the computer. You have to swipe your card first before doing anything else. The store is clean and well organized. I would recommend families and friends to come here if they need last minute printing or to fax documents out.
