At a time, when most people are complaining about crowds and queues and disinterested service, we had an almost "bespoke" handling by the very helpful Ian, who couldn't do enough to please. The quality of the clothing is excellent. Service excellent - no wait and lots of attention - making a rite of passage experience really special for our little girl, as she moves to secondary school. Let's hope this is the beginning of a long business relationship - why go into town, when this is on your doorstep with free parking?
