The car wash does an ok job. My car was fairly dirty before my first wash. Using their top wash, it did not get recessed areas clean (around license plate, top of tailgate window, etc). After another pass a few days later it was better. I owned a car wash in this area for ten years. This is a friction wash. It uses brushes but little or no high pressure spray. I have now been on hold for 21 minutes. The recording just told me how important my call is to them and I am #9 in the queue. I am going to hang up now. I guess I will have to drive over there to cancel in person. This is too much hassle. I am lowering my rating from 2 to a 1! P.S. I tried to attach a screenshot of my hold time but it didn't work.

We stopped into the Grimes location Monday ahead of the new month so we can cancel and were just handed a card and told we need to call then someone will reach out within 48 hours. Still no call back and no confirmation that we canceled and it is now Saturday. Also, the site clearly says when canceling that it needs to be done 7 days in advance. We have now called numerous times and the inbox is full. Such a scam!

At the end of my time, when I turned off the controls, it showed my elapsed and charged amount was $4.05 on the control panel. This company billed me for $19.99. I have a second vehicle that I run through this car wash regularly. I will never do business with them again. As reported by someone else too, if you insert coins instead, it often does not work properly, and you are forced to call them - which I had to do some months ago. One issue, shame on me. Two issues, shame on you. Coins don't work, and now I was overcharged using a card. No receipts are ever given so you can see what is being charged in real time. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!

After all the time that I was waiting I left and a few days later got charged almost $45 when it should've been $10. I called in multiple times after opening, got sent to voicemail several times. I then got through a couple times and was put on hold for several minutes even though I was the first collar in line. I came in in the following evening and was told that I had to come in person between the hours of 7 AM and 3 PM to get my refund which caused me to have to call out of work. In addition to all of that every single time that I come, I ask for touchless, but somebody in the wash area typically messes up and I get the brushes on my car. I have scratches on my windshield. All in all after talking with the manager and talking with the employee from the last time, not once did I get an apology. Each time I was just asked if I wanted to sign back up and give them more money. Spend your money somewhere else.

I spoke to a very helpful gal who mentioned that I may possibly be given a free month for the mix up, as she transferred me to a James at their corporate office. He said, it's incorrect what the employee told me and it's $15.00 EACH month for 3 months. It's exactly what I had originally thought. James with his cockiness felt superior to the customer over the phone, as if the customer is at fault for "hearing" the special incorrectly, although I reiterated with their employee a few times about their current special. I don't think James thought I'd cancel my membership over the phone with him, as my family has been with this company on and off for several years. I most likely would not have cancelled, but due to James superior attitude and his desperate need to feel like a big man, I'll now suggest for James taking a class on phone etiquette and tact, as he has no personality dealing with customers. James, if I can give you any helpful advice; I'd suggest just sit back, take a deep breathe, look up at the ceiling and get up out of your chair, then walk over to the nearest mirror and lean in, take a close look and say to yourself; I probably need to stay the F off of the phone. There are 2 bays that are touch-free and two soft touch bays. They also have vacuum stations available. I always use the touch free car wash option. There are 3 different wash options available & you can by with credit card or cash. You can also use a discount code from the nearby gas station. The money machine ALWAYS works when I am there, which is a lot more than I can say for other car washes. The wash is always consistent and does a good job of blasting the gravel dust build-up off of my car. I have used the vacuum once and was impressed at how long my money lasted - my car looked fantastic when I got done.

I had to drive out of my way to go to a Casey's car wash where my car actually came out clean, AND at a cheaper rate.
