Our littles started off in the nursery and are now in the preschool building. We have had a wonderful experience with the teachers and staff here at Rockbrook in Irving/Valley Ranch. They are always friendly, always recognize me and my children and call us all by name. I love the security of the sign in computers in each building. And the fact that the toddlers are kept separate and allowed to use a smaller place to play and explore safely. My older child can run amok on the big playground. We love how they read to the children - even in the baby room! - and how patient and kind they are. Summertimes are fun, too, they do splash days and let the kids run around in the sprinklers and spray each other with hoses! They seem to have found a pretty good mixture of work and play. We are so grateful to have switched to Rockbrook. We moved from Wonderland (Also in Valley Ranch) because they ran that school like a factory- it wasn't sanitary, friendly, warm or well-kept. It has been like night and day coming to RMA. I can't sing enough praises about Miss B and the rest of the staff in the preschool building and Miss Anna and Miss Jan in the toddler building - among others! They truly care about my children and I feel a real trust for the employees here. They've become an extended part of our family. My only real complaint is the size of the parking lot. It's a bit nuts in the morning with not enough spaces for all the parents and staff and the parents drive too fast! I appreciate that they do car line, that seems to help, but it's still a little hairy. But that's not really the fault of the staff there. read more

This is the worst school ever. Our kid got hurt so badly and we are not informed immediately. Staff is so rude when asked about the incident. Recordings were deleted to avoid us from taking an action against the school. Ms Vineetha is only concerned about school reputation and money and protecting their staff instead of safety of the kids. We still regert for sending our kid to this school. RMA wants us to delete this review as it will affect their business, but we aren't taking it down as it's the only place to let everyone know. Think multiple times before you send your kid to this unsafe place. read more

I'd like to take a moment to share the horrible experience my wife and I have faced at RMA, Valley Ranch. The owner Mrs.Vineetha Bhargava and RMA director Gayathri Kapoor are very unprofessional and have no respect and value for other's time, energy and money. Little did I realize that Mrs. Vineetha was a bossy, money minded lady. Despite the fact that some of my friends warning me about the demeanor of RMA towards parents after the fact that kids are enrolled and money is paid. https://www.dallasobserver.com/news/flower-mound-montessori-school-says-rival-montessori-school-stole-its-teachers-students-7120892 and https://www.scribd.com/document/100315374/Wonderland-vs-Rock-Brook Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have not been sending our kids to RMA as safety and health of our kids is more important to us. Mrs. Vineetha tried to keep pushing us to send our kids and pay the fees saying she was always adhering to CDC standards of cleanliness at RMA. Will she take responsibility if god forbid our kids fall sick with COVID-19? I don't think so. What is shocking is that many teachers working at RMA fear to speak about the atrocities that are prevalent due to the fear that the owner would fire them and put them in trouble. I can name names but would not like to expose the teachers to more danger than they already are in. I have praised some of the teachers who have done an outstanding job in the past but that professional recognition has never been passed on to them from Mrs. Vineetha. Let alone professional recognition with a hike or bonus, the good word was not passed on by Vineetha to the teachers either. Like someone said on Google reviews, her ego is really as big as DFW metroplex. This is very demotivating for parents and the teachers involved with RMA. It is really sad the way some temp teachers were treated. Her true colors started to show when we formally requested to withdraw our kids from the daycare and politely requested the $1000+ deposit be refunded. We at no cost are willing to send our kids to RMA and jeopardize their health by trying to use the deposit as last month fees. For over 10 days, Mrs. Vineetha and Gayathri Kapoor very craftily and shamelessly played the 'blame game' before I pushed them hard for a final answer with respect to refunding the deposit. Of course, Mrs. Vineetha hosed us for the $1035 she has from us. With this kind of attitude and a crafty director, Mrs.Vineetha you will go far! I hope parents read this and strongly suggest choose other daycare centers which are not so dishonest and not use 'underhand tenchniques' like RMA. read more

enrolled my daughter in daycare in 2023. My daughter who was an infant was getting sick very other week. I addressed my concerns of cleaness after noticing many times that my daughter's assigned crib was being used as storage. Sick babies were brought to daycare regardless how sick they were. Also, the items I brought for her were not being utilized for no valid reason. When I addressed my concern after my daughter had RSV and COVID and gave one month notice, Rumya(owner/managing for owner) asked me to give them another chance. When I went to drop off my daughter, daycare main teacher Anna, refused to speak to me. I told Nimmi, the director, how Anna treated me and would not speak to me. She told me to give Anna time and that she will come around. I left feeling very uncomfortable because I left my daughter in this person's care who doesn't wanted to interact me due to the concerns I had. When I went to pick her at the end of the day, my daughter was alone with Anna and she was crying a lot. The excuse that was given to me was that my just woke up from her nap. My daughter doesn't cry when she wakes up from nap and especially not the way she was crying. After returning home, I noticed 3 bright red marking on her legs. It was not from any toy. They looked like pinched marks and I believe it was a retaliation towards my daughter. I informed Rumya about this tue following. Rather than understanding the situation, I was told that I have trust issues and should not bring my daughter back. Now when requested for refund of deposit and remaining days a month before, I was told that I have to wait for the owner to be back in the country. Owner Vineeta Samir has clearly refused to talk to me about the issue and is not willing to return the deposit. I want all parents to know that if you see any marking on your child, report the daycare. Staff is nice before you encounter a real issue and then everything goes downhill. There are far better daycare who won't take deposit and would treat both child and parent better. Kindly consider those. Rockbrook Montessori run by Indians who practice Indian ways in the West and thinks they can get away with everything especially Rumya and Vineeta. Message for Anna...Physically abusing a child was a very wrong way of dealing a normal concern. I left my child in your care. Not for you to retaliate and harm my daughter. Message for Rumya...Your approach of dealing the situation was extremely wrong. If you want to burn your business then keep up the approach. As a parent, I hope you experience what I experienced at this daycare. Message for Vineeta....extremely disappointed. The way you spoke to me was unprofessional. Remember I am not your child/student. I am a mother of a child who was in your care. What is the reason for you not to return the deposit and a prior month payment? Are you so desperate to keep it? read more

Choosing child care is a tough decision, and it really comes down to your personal preferences in many ways. I drop off my little one with a caring staff who in many ways try to provide homelike care. The teachers work hard every day, and I know my baby is loved while I am away. The facilities are clean, and my child comes home happy. read more

Can't say enough great things about Rockbrook! We fell in love with the school first day we went for a tour. The owner, Ms. Vinita was very nice & welcoming. The teachers are so professional & friendly and they all seem to genuinely care about the kids! They don't just watch your kids but they teach them too! I can see so much improvements in my son since he started the school about 5 months ago. Sadly, we're moving to another city & my son will have to start a new school which breaks my heart! We'll truly miss this school and I highly recommend Rockbrook to every parent!. Your kids will grow and learn in a clean & nurturing environment! read more

We have been attending Rockbrook Montessori in Valley Ranch for over 3 years. I have gotten to know and absolutely love the staff at RMA. Anytime we have had any issues, the Director has been very approachable, and eager to help resolve and find a solution. It is very comforting that the staff is trustworthy and my kids are receiving love and great care while I am away. My son never ceases to amaze me with the new knowledge he brings home on a weekly basis. We will forever appreciate RMA and the care they have provided my family! read more

The worst Montessori school I saw so far. Please never put your kid in this school. teachers and staff are super rude. They do not love the students they just run their business for money. In USA so far I have seen many preschools , they used to love their kids a lot. but here its totally different. everyone are so rude and aggressive. Not even a welcome smile at all. teachers are simply blaming small kids and not ready to take the responsibilities. so strict and aggressive with kids. strict has to be in a positive with loving nature.teachers are not even ready to discuss with their parents. they are just showing their angry faces all the time.if you are a looking for a loving caring Montessori for your little one please never choose Rockbrook. Your kid will never be happy there instead she/He will learn that aggressiveness from their teachers. read more

I cannot begin to express how amazing my experience with Rockbrook (Flower Mound) has been thus far. Three months ago I was tasked with finding full time childcare for my 11 week old daughter. My husband and I toured/called countless facilities in Flower Mound, but Ms. Vineeta (owner), and the entire staff at Rockbrook blew us away, making the decision to choose them for our childcare needs a no-brainer! Being a first time mother, leaving my daughter at daycare was the hardest thing I've ever done. The teachers were so kind and reassuring, sending pictures, and texts throughout the first few days. These updates not only made my heart hurt less for leaving her, but it reassured me that my child was adjusting well, being stimulated, socialized, and loved, while I am away at work. Now, three months later, my daughter SMILES from ear to ear when she is greeted by the staff, and especially her teachers each day. No one can replace you as a parent, but because the staff at Rockbrook are educated in early child development and the Montessori philosophy, I honestly feel like I'm leaving my daughter with the next best thing to her father and I. The facility isn't located on a main Flower Mound roadway, which is nice because the kids can enjoy a quiet place to play outside, and it's not a nightmare getting there before and after work to pick her up. There are many options for childcare in Flower Mound, but I can guarantee that if you take the time to meet Ms. Vineeta and her staff, you will fall in love with Rockbrook, just as we did! read more

My two boys (4 1/2 and 1 yr) go to Rockbrook and I am very happy with them. They teach kids to be independent but at their own pace. The teachers are very caring and address your concerns/questions. I want my kids to learn and have fun and this is exactly the environment they are in. So so happy with them. Thank you!! read more

Rockbrook Montessori Academy is AMAZING! The owner, Ms. Vineeta is extremely kind and cares so deeply about her teachers and the students in her school. She is passionate about Montessori and it definitely shows! We have incredible teachers who go above and beyond for their students. The classroom curriculum is enriching and engaging. The students are learning well beyond their years and the parents could not be happier. The school is extremely diverse, students and teachers alike. This provides a great opportunity for children (and staff!) to learn more about different cultures and participate in celebrations from other countries. I have never been a part of such a diverse working community and I could not be happier that I am now! We have been blessed with the best at Rockbrook Montessori Academy. read more

I have three children and two of them attend rockbrook montessori in valley ranch for over 3 years now and I can't wait for my youngest one to attend this wonderful school. The curriculum and staff are always so nice and helpful. My oldest one Alyvia has two awesome teachers Mrs. Humeira and Mrs. Sonam. They've helped paved the way for her to flourish when she goes to kindergarten next year! My middle son Ryan has a wonderful teacher as well in Ms. Alejandra. My youngest son Gray will be attending Rockbrook next year. Ms. Beatrice who runs this location does a fantastic job in organizing events and makes sure the kiddos are fed and helps me out when I'm a little late in picking up the kids. I'm extremely grateful that my kids are in such good hands and is getting a great education. read more

I can't say enough good things about Rockbrook. My children attend the Flower Mound campus, and the school is like family to us. The kids love their teachers-even going to visit them once they have moved on to other classes. Ms. Vineeta is so kind and thoughtful. My daughter was very prepared for kindergarten, and my 3 year old son is always telling us the Spanish words for colors! Wonderful environment, wonderful teachers. Can't recommend highly enough. read more

If not for convenience of location I think another Montessori would have been better suited for our child's development. Our youngest son had attended Wonderland Montessori last school year in the Las Colinas/Irving area before we moved to Flower Mound over the summer, so I'm comparing Rockbrook to his previous Montessori...but for us it was kind of alarming. First off, the front office of Wonderland was more up front and willing to work with us on any issues concerning scheduling and pricing for part-time schooling since my wife only works part time. Rockbrook said they would work with us but more often than not there has been some difficulty in keeping certain promises concerning charges/discounts or other issues that were not mentioned to us beforehand. They don't seem to communicate well with one another otherwise why would we have these issues? Once they have your business/money things discussed go by the wayside. Then there's the issue of the teacher we had for our son. He initially was put in a class that was below his age group before being put with the appropriate age children. The teacher herself has been subpar (probably would have been better to stay with the original class). We had to ask her how our son was progressing since we never got any real input from her and basically told her she needed to start giving him reading assignments or some other work (a glorified daycare?). We may have gotten an update 2-3 times from the school itself but nothing like Wonderland that would email you or send work home at least once weekly with pictures and information on everything learned, projects completed and any special events. And recently the teacher communicates to us with hostility saying or child doesn't know his ABCs? So what had she been doing the last several months? Not a very caring or good communicator at all. Of course that's not to say that other teachers are the same, it was just our particular situation. All in all, just be diligent and do your homework before going with Rockbrook...at least our son will be going to kindergarten next year. read more

DON'T PUT YOUR CHILD IN THIS SCHOOL!!!! I had my son in this school for 4 months and I was not happy with the school. My son NEVER came home with any work sheets. I went to the director about these issues and she blow me off and was very rude to me. She then told me this school was do on your own time. While my son was there for the few months, his behavior had changed drastically. He didn't listen and was acting out more and more. He talked back and started not to respect me. He also never came home talking about how fun school was or singing songs. He never talked about anything he had ever learned. He would bag me not to go to school the last month he attended. He was always upset when going to the school and cried while he was there. I decided to pull my child out of the school. I wrote out a letter stating that my child would no longer be attending there school. A week later, the director of the school was private calling my work looking for me over and over. She even came up to my work and caused a seen and harassing my assistant manager at the store in front of customers. Not even a week later she was still calling and she once again came into the store harassing me in front of my managers. Yelling in front of customers and making up lies. she had to be escorted off the premises. She went on to give all of my confidential information to my manager and created lies to try and get me fired (defamation of character). Since I have taken my son out this school, his behavior has changed back to being good and happy going to school. I am in the process of pressing charges on this school and suing the school for several different things!!! YOU WILL RE GREAT PUTTING YOUR SON IN THIS SCHOOL!!!!!! YOU PAY WAY TOO MUCH FOR NO EDUCATION!!!! YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPOINTED!!!! read more
