I requested all the file versions because I was planning on pressing vinyl also. Steve responds very quickly and tells you exactly when everything will be back to you which was only a couple of days. I was very pleased with how everything turned out. My boyfriend had actually found him online because he liked his YouTube channel and tips he gave for mixing. So naturally, when Sage Audio started promoting their monthly membership, I thought it was a great idea! There's tons of perks with free plug-ins, vocal chains, mentoring, tips on how to improve your own mixes and much more! What stood out to me is that there's 10 FREE mastered songs included in your membership along with a mastering course on how to do it on your own. I couldn't resist. I think it's a great deal. They are really hands on and quick to respond to requests. I would definitely recommend Sage Audio!

It's very important for the artist and players do be able to do what THEY do best - too many times, I've been in a studio situation where the engineer told me "no, play like this. Let's try doing it another way. Let's do it my way," and I would end up with a final recording that sounded like what someone else wanted, not what I envisioned. That's not how Jonny works. He let me be the creative one, and he facilitated that creative process. I was thrilled to be able to track drums through an analog board. The results: warm, punchy drum sounds. Exactly what I needed. Jonny is a young guy, but he is wise beyond his years. He will work with you to get the sounds that YOU want - especially if you're looking for rich, classic analog tone. Also, SUPER reasonable price point.
