Each time, she got the job done quickly, professionally, and without any hassle for us. Her communication is clear and straightforward, which makes the entire process smooth. I read the one negative review she has, and I will say that Lynda is definitely very direct, and she is also very busy because she's good at what she does. Her efficient and no-nonsense style allows litigants to stay focused on their cases and gives peace of mind. If you expect someone who will hold your hand through the process, that might not be her style--but if you want someone who is efficient, reliable, and gets results, she's the right person for the job. I'll continue using her for all my process serving needs and highly recommend her to anyone who wants the job done right the first time.

Voicemail instructs you to email. I emailed, and was told to reply with instructions, which I did last week. Advised her that our documents are paper- and we could meet to deliver to her. I can see why this person is in business for themselves, as any employer would fire them. I can scarcely believe how rude and useless this person is. Now we have found a professional through another company. The only good thing to say about this is that my friend will not be recommending her anymore, and at least I did not lose any money.

Very disappointing experience and poor communication…read more We scheduled an appointment with the firm, but when the appointment time arrived, nobody called us. We contacted the office to check, only to learn that the appointment was expected to be in-person. This was never communicated to us when the appointment was scheduled. After more than 15 years of working with attorneys, including immigration lawyers for H-1B, green card, and citizenship matters, we have never had an in-person consultation assumed without being clearly informed beforehand. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. When the receptionist transferred us to the lawyer, the following was the exact conversation: Lawyer: Who gave you this appointment? My husband: Someone from your office had scheduled it. I don't recall the name. Lawyer: Schedule another appointment. We don't do appointments on call. Such a waste of my time. She then abruptly hung up. Speaking to a prospective client in this manner was not only rude but also demonstrated a lack of professionalism and communication skills. This could have been resolved professionally and respectfully. An expected professional response would have been something along the lines of: "It looks like there was a misunderstanding when the appointment was scheduled. Our consultations are only in person. Please reschedule, and our staff will be happy to assist you. That would have resolved the issue respectfully. I strongly recommend that the firm train its scheduling staff to clearly communicate appointment details. Lawyers to emphasize professional and respectful communication with prospective clients. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we have had with an immigration law firm.
