I have had them service my riding lawnmower several times and always been happy. I love that for a small fee they are even willing to pick up the mower and drop it back off when it's done. It sure beats borrowing a truck or lugging it onto a trailer. My latest encounter with them was due my mower not starting after coming out of winter storage. It turned out my mower had a cracked head gasket, which I thought meant it was done for. Happily the fellows at TK were able straighten it out no problem, and at a very reasonable cost. His snow blower quit during the last storm, and TK made an appt to go and pick it up at his home. He completely forgot about it and was not there at the agreed upon time. When they called him to reschedule, and to explain he would be billed for the missed pickup, my brother was very unpleasant and hung up on them. Later, when I was paying his bills, I contacted TK to ask about the fee (I didn't know any of the above occurrence). I spoke with Steve who was very understanding and very kind. He understood the difficulty we are having, and the "awkward" stage between independence and losing freedom to manage things himself with dementia and he credited the fee back to us. I cant speak to their work - but I can speak to their humanity. I will speak highly of Steve's integrity and service to anyone who needs small engine repair!!
