Everything changed when I started truly reading the Bible for myself. Finding a strong, biblical community at Oceanview Baptist Church showed me what it means to grow together with truth and love. Pastor JP & Katie is such an incredible blessing to all family! My kids look forward to OVBC Sunday classes at 10:30 AM every week. They have so much fun, most importantly they have a truly deep understanding of what they're learning. They've also share great recommendations for teaching faith at home. My boys love "The Pilgrim's Big Journey & The Parables of Jesus". Pastor Bobby's Good Book Club has been such a blessing for my husband and me! If you've never read the Bible before or feel intimidated by it, he does a great job of explaining it on Mondays 7PM. He has prayer nights on Wednesdays at 6PM if you just need some quiet prayer time in the sanctuary. He is a great pastor and a huge Disney fan who is amazing at finding faith in Disney everything. Pastor Bobby's definitely the person to talk to about faith, life, and apologetics! Windy's women's Bible study is such a blessing! If you're in need of a strong biblical community and encouragement from women of strong faith deeply rooted in scripture you'll find them at her place on Thursday nights @7PM. She has a beautiful heart for graciously sharing the wealth of wisdom and knowledge the Lord has blessed her with! Pastor Jacques & Shelly, makes every Sunday complete! In every season of life, God is the only one who can carry us through, and your guidance helps lead us closer to our Lord and Savior Jesus. I would encourage you to watch his sermons online if you can't make it to church. But nothing beats being together like the body of Christ! I have not made it to everything at Oceanview, this is just the few things I have attended and can speak about. But it's a wonderful church and a blessing to my family, filled with so much truth & love, our hearts feels so full every time.

I'm also particular to Father Mark, despite his affinity for Notre Dame (joking). He does an exemplary job with his ability to paraphrase the readings in layman's terms beforehand. I generally attend the 8:30AM Sunday mass and I find all the public practitioners to be fantastic and welcoming. I'd also like to acknowledge the entire music team who adds a lot to the Sunday service. We also appreciate Mrs. Frankie who leads the children's worship group, which over the years included our now adult daughters. Holy Trinity embodies what we want out of a neighborhood church. AMEN.

First pres is an outstanding leader of the community. Their endless sharing and community work far exceeds expectations Their love and kindness is unsurpassed by other churches and denominations. We have been members at this church for a little over 5 years now. My children chose this church for our family because they love the Children's Church here. The staff in the children's church are friendly and caring. There is a staff to children ratio and I love that about this place. They treat your child just as they would treat their own child...I've never witnessed any yelling at children at Hope Harbor. There is a cafe and bookstore in the Fellowship Hall. Often times, there are food items that are free for the taking from the Food Ministry. On Friday Nights, they feed the community with a ministry called "Rock Soup." Also, there are 3 convenient times for worship. Friday nights at 7PM, Sundays at 9AM and 11AM...the worship team rocks! If you would come to church for the worship...this is the place to be! The messages are delivered in a way that you can truly find real -life application to. It is awesome! I have only wonderful things to say about this church! It's been a blessing to be part of a great place. If you are ever in the area, come by and visit...maybe you'll even see me! :)
