What a cute little bookshop! I was in Pinedale with family the weekend of August 23, 2025. I was on…read morethe hunt in the town for a Rock/Gem shop. One store recommended I check out White Bear Creations, and with no luck there, the cashier of White Bear mentioned as we were leaving that there was a bookstore upstairs. I do not believe there is an elevator, so it is likely not handicap accessible. But what a cute space the book store is! It had cute round shelves in the middle of the room, and plenty of shelves on the edges with lots of books. My sister found the entire paperback collection of Harry Potter with sprayed edges, and I found a hardback The Poppy Fields. I wasn't on the hunt for anything in particular, I was just perusing. If you purchased with cash, you got a free sticker, which my sister paid for her books in cash. I paid card for mine as I rarely carry cash. If you're in the Pinedale, WY area, this is definitley a fun little place to check out!

The 3 houses used for lodging accommodated our group of 10 perfectly. The amenities were top! Fresh local pastries, breakfast sandwiches, lasagna, and bbq all felt like home cooking. The whiskey barn is fully stocked with local spirits, wine and beer. The decor was a vibe and great for playing pool, doing a whiskey tasting, poker tournament, watching football and had a fly workshop with ranch attire you could buy. The layout of the property was perfect with lake and river views perfect for sunrise and sunset. The thing that made this experience the most memorable were the people. Jeff the owner spent time with our group and made us feel like we were friends/family. Dani who handles all of the hospitality and ops onsite went above and beyond the entire time to ensure everyone's experience was the best. Travis and his crew of fly fishing guides were second to none. Their local knowledge, experience, and personalities made it memorable for both new and experienced fly enthusiasts.
