We keep going back because their customer service is excellent. They're receptive when we ask for things they don't carry, which is rare, because they have a great selection. We mostly buy beer and/or wine, but they have a good variety of spirits too. And they give a military discount (not on sale items, everything else though). (One that we have used before.) We ended up buying a variety of favs and a new beer to try from here. It got busy when we went to checkout so we had a different person and she was delightful.
