Star is amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable, prompt, and thorough. She provides meal ideas and individualized plans. Star helped get me healthy enough to conceive and have a healthy full-term pregnancy. She also helped with alleries, inflammation, IBS, and disease, among other issues by providing education and recommendations for diet, supplements, and a healthy lifestyle. She uses a natural/organic approach. I learned a lot about food and nutrition that I have continued to use over the years. I am currently working with her again to improve health. read more
