My family and I attend Legacy church in Edgewood New Mexico, but when we visit my mom in Texas, this is our home away from home. The 1 hour drive from Mansfield is worth it. This church was established over 100 years ago and has moved a couple of times to the current campus located on Lanier Way, near the NW corner of Coleman Street and Preston Road. The two pastors- Rev. Jason McConnell, Sr. Pastor and Rev. Kellie Sanford, Assoc. Pastor both were involved in the service and provided down to earth preaching and prayers. I enjoyed the sermon because it is bible based but related to everyday life. It's great for the young and young-at-heart! The adult and the children's choirs both sounded great and the Children's Time was very good. This particular Sunday they were distributing bibles to the 3rd grade children so they could have their very own to learn from. You scan the QR code to pull up the Order of Worship, but you really don't need it because everything is shown on the large TV screens, including words to the songs.
