My wife and I filled several holes in our collection in here, and had a great shopping experience. Staff was super warm and just so happy to chat with us. Upon telling one staff member that I might return a bit later for more digging, he responded promptly by writing me a discount ticket for our next visit. Wow, that's service for ya. Add all the Italian-Disco, obscure soundtracks, various rare box sets in the nooks and it is a record nerd's dream. I found stuff I didn't know exists (I.e. live sets from early 70s German bands).

Two days later I went back to get a larger memory card and to find out how much of my data plan I had. They were extremely helpful. They do speak English. I did not go into the music side of the store so don't know what that was like.

Extensive collection of vinyl records and great drinks.. we stopped by in November of 2024 late evening and kicked off our passion for L'Impératrice as they were playing when we were there. Definitely make this a pit stop to get the nice photo from their balcony and give their drinks/food a try. Very good service and nice bar.

This is the least friendly music shop i have ever been in. First of all, they don't let you play…read moreguitars over €300. They yell at you if you touch the guitars. I was trying to get a better look at the classical guitars, and i nearly lost my balls. I wanted to buy a gibson jazz guitar, but they would not let me play any of them. I was allowed to play an Ibanez electric that was priced €70 over the listed price online. This store is so over priced its ridiculous. The guitar i was able to play had a pic guard with plastic still on it an thy told me, "if you scratch it, you buy it.". If you are looking for a relaxed shop where you can feel free to allow your musical creativity thrive and find an fair priced instrument, look elsewhere.
