They were closest to the vacation home that we rented for the week in Somers and delivered the boat right to our docks! I was very pleased with the quality of their boats, particular their 24' pontoon. The pontoon was in great condition, unlike many rental companies using run down equipment. We also rented their smaller boat the day before and it was also above average, ran very smoothly and was nicely cleaned and well kept. Their customer service is impeccable- friendly, happy, and grateful. Prices were comparable and somewhat cheaper than most places. They also do long term rentals at a special rate. We will definitely rent from them again soon.

About 1230 am (a few hours later) we got a call that my wifes father that he had a heart attack and was in critical condition. I texted jason the owner he said he would take care of contacting the quide cody. (Please see text) my wife flew out on the only flight available at 630am( i couldnt get any other flights). I dropped her off and at that time 545 recieved a call from the quide Cody He asked if we were on the way. I told him i communicated with iason and he was supposed to contact him. He stated that he never called him and said it wasn't the first time. I explained why we didnt show up and he completely understood and was sorry for our father. Later that morning I went into the shop and spoke to Jason's son and another guide they said not to worry and we wouldnt get charged. I thanked them and offered cash for Cody's time. They both said no not to worry. and jPlease review the his policy states We understand that unexpected situations can lead to trip cancellations. We reserve the right to evaluate the circumstances and make refund decisions on a case by case basis. If a mutual agreement is made between the shop/guide and client due to weather state or federal closures. or other unforeseen events, the deposit will be refunded(less 7% admin and processing fee) I guess your father having a heart attack isn't unforeseen.
