What's not to love?! We typically go ~once a year and have the best time. Whether it is a 4th of July game with the fam or a trip out for Pride night, we always know a good time is in store. We love getting seats close to the cocktail bar...I can never remember what it is called. All the way over to the right side of the stadium. You'll find Black Button cocktails, better wine selections, and an awesome list of local beer. I don't love beer so the moscow mules are my go-tos at games. They have a pretty large amount of food options, with local faves like the trasher cup (whatever the garbage plate in a cup is called) being found over to the left side, grassy area of the stadium. Brand sentiment and general goodwill for our home team, win or lose, stems from their social media presence and community outreach efforts. They go HARD for Rochester and ROC returns the love (though, in my case, not as often as I probably should in terms of "Games attended.") The stadium is great and I've even seen some great events offered here, like movies in the park and rehearsal dinners! My partner works in high falls so we typically park in that garage and walk. Easy peasy and no stress night of fun!

Here for a game! Haven't been here in 3 years and it Is so much fun to be back! The scotch ale I got from the Rohrbach beer stand is unbelievable! This is seriously one of the funnest stadiums in america to come to and eat great food(aka garbage plate, drink great beer and watch a great game!) 您有时间的话,赶紧过来看一场棒球比赛!哈哈哈哈哈哈 罗村棒球场真的太棒了! This spot blows every other minor league baseball stadium out of the agua! Hahhaha Come by and have the time of your life! And say hi to spike! Btw, I used to live in china if u didn't already guess! Hahahhahahah

Red wings baseball is oldest continuously operating sports franchise in North America below the major league level. They are part of our community and rightfully so. I have been going to games since I was a child but at silver stadium. Such fond memories of that stadium and miss it. Miss they were the farm team for the Orioles. Frontier is a nice stadium but it isn't the same vibe which is personal opinion. You can see the trains whizz by and it makes you feel like you are in a model train display. I do appreciate they are the farm team of the Washington Nationals so at least we can see them play in the big leagues close by unlike when they were affiliated with the twins. We go to several games a year. This is the first time we have been to a home opener in frontier field. They do a nice job for the first game of the season. The food is always good. Everything from cotton candy to pizza, to hot dogs and Philly cheesesteaks. Something for everyone. If you get a chance to see a game with the zooperstars it's worth it. Sunday's kids can run the bases after the game which my son loves. Lucked out on weather for opening day.. it's 61 degrees. Many opening days have been around 40-50. 2022 baseball is here.

Growing up in Rochester this is a hometown favorite pass time! Parking is convenient and close in a large lot right next to the stadium and even if that's full another parking lot is right down the road. Parking costs around $6. Getting into the stadium requires going through security now, metal detectors and bag checks but the line moves fast. Be prepared for larger lines when there's a giveaway like t-shirts or bobble-heads. Once in the park there are so many food and drink options... i'm a fan of an ice cold beer, nachos or good old cracker jacks! Prices are reasonable for any stadium. Super family friendly atmosphere with many special events throughout the season... like fireworks after the game, running the bases and giveaways. Check their website for information. Great seats anywhere in the stadium. I love the view of the Rochester skyline at night...

Rochester Red wings really embodies hometown team spirit! It's a great, accessible venue with lots to offer every attendee. From reasonable ticket prices to reasonable suite prices for a special occasion, it's a great place to bond with family, friends, coworkers, and bring visitors. Diverse food selection (garbage plates in a cup, macaroni and cheese, Dippin Dots!) and a great selection of beverages. Also they have a lot of fun traditions like racing hot dogs, daily game special (Dollar Hot Dog Day!), and selecting a Taco Man from the other team! This is a must-see in Rochester! Go Wings!

A little stadium that is kept nicely clean. I love coming here to watch a game. They have tons of food and drinks selection. Definitely a fun place to go to and enjoy with the family. Either young or old. They also have a gift shop we're you can purchase the red wings merchandise.

Without a doubt, Rochester Red Wings game are becoming a new favorite for the spring and summer. I went to school in Rochester, but really missed out on spending too much time at Frontier Field to root on the Red Wings. I haven't realized until recently what a gem this place - and the team - really is. Frontier Field is designed nicely, including a variety of concessions on either base line/side of the stadium (in typical Rochester fashion, you can find things like a Chicken French Sandwich option). The various bar/brew options are also fantastic - and they have a collectible mason jar for sale at the main bar (as well as another location or two). Since I collect those mason jars when I see them, that was especially enjoyable. Parking is also pretty easy and accessible, and the staff are very organized and welcoming. The team store has a nice variety of souvenirs available for purchase, and also has the stamp accessible for the MLB Ballpark Pass-Port (for anyone who also stamps for games they attend). Upon leaving the team store and heading back towards my seating section, I also noticed Jose Berrios at a table and signing for people. Awesome, especially considering he had pitched a great game the night before. I always appreciate when players are accessible. Ticket costs are super reasonable. I bought tickets online for a couple games - including the upcoming July 4th game (fireworks!) - and visited Will Call during a recent visit to see a game. When the guy tending the window realized I had purchased tickets for a number of different game days, he offered to print them all for me on the spot (which is great, since I prefer printed tickets). TL;DR Great staff. Great ballpark. I'm just sad that I didn't take more opportunity to go to games there until now. Will most definitely be returning again and again. A new favorite.

LOVE THE REDWINGS! great time with a loved one or lots of loved ones! Baseball is the best and they have reasonable prices!

This is my go-to place in the summer. It doesn't get better than baseball, hot weather, and a cold beer! All the workers are very helpful and friendly and the park is extremely clean. I never have to worry whether I'm sitting on a dirty seat or not. I think the beer is priced fair because the beer is large and we are at a ballpark. It is 7.50 for a large. They have a wide variety of food and this year most of the vendors have been open unlike last year. The wrap place where I try to get something "healthy" has been opened every time I've gone and the bar which normally isn't open on the week days has been open as well. The downside of the bar is that you can't take your drink into the ballpark so you have to drink it at the bar. I suppose I understand why this is a rule but I don't have children and i don't bring teenagers so if I want to have a beverage at my seat, I should be able to. Back to the food. They have anything from "garbage plate" hot dogs to kosher hot dogs with sauerkraut to dollar night hot dogs. You can get steak sandwiches, chicken sandwiches or hamburgers. They also have roast beef sandwiches and pizza! I would stay away from anything that they make and put in the heaters such as the French fries. They're not very good. The ticket prices have gone up this year from 12 dollars to 13 dollars a person for the premium tickets on game day. & I believe it is 9 or 10 dollars for the upper stands, however I believe it is worth it. The parking also went up a dollar from 5 to 6. I'm not sure if the food went up but the beer is the same. There's also the option of getting a suite, although I'm not sure how much that costs. They have a private bar and provide you with some snacks/food. Its been awhile since I've been in the suite because I like being down near the action. Keep up the great work Red Wings! I'm taking advantage of every game I can come to specially when its nice and warm out since Rochester has few days like that.

Very nice field

It's a good time with the family and seat prices are very reasonable. But be aware food prices are crazy. Try to go on a promotional night like a Weds where hot dogs, popcorn, and cracker Jack's are $1.00. Or there 4 for $44 day. Plus for drinks make sure you get the sovunear cup which is $5.50 then $2.75 every refill after. Beer was $7.75. Cheeseburger $5.00!!!

Worst Customer Service Ever! If the team was better I would enjoy going more. Food is priced just as high as other ballparks.

Ask the Community - Rochester Red Wings Baseball

What may we take with us - our water? our rain coats? our lunch?

If you wear it you can bring I in and you can bring 1 unopened water bottle. No food is allowed to be brought in and on thier website the bag policy is listed.

How much is drinks and can your bring in your own water?

Drinks can range depending on water soda or alcohol but prices are not terrible compared to other ballparks. You may bring 1 unopened water bottle per person into the ballpark.

Fast ride. Arriving at St John Fisher we were dropped off right at the entrance, a quick scan of your ticket and we were in. Lots of kids games and a few vender booths. Meet Billy the Buffalo, very popular. Bills practice on the main field, follow the crowd. Lots of seats in the bleachers, otherwise stand along the fence. Lots of action going on, they ran multiple plays at once. Crowd was super loud and supportive of their team. Players were great acknowledging the fans. My nephew is a big fan and was so excited to hear that two running backs were signing autographs at the tent. We got there early because they cut of the number for signatures. Only kids 14 and under are allowed to get autographs, separate line for parents to take pictures. He was on cloud 9 meeting Devin Singletary and Zack moss. They were both so great with the kids,

Do you like being stepped on while trying to get the signatures of the Buffalo Bills and hobbling to the bus? If so you'll love this! This place is awful. Even if you enjoy sports and the Bills you will be very bored. If you want to get something signed be willing to fight your way to the front of a barricade and risk injury. And if your over the age of 21 don't expect to get anything signed even if you are up front as some players will only sign kids items. The stuff out front was fun especially the air brush makeup. I just can't recommend this place to anyone even massive Bills fans.

I think female athletes should be paid comparably to the men and their matches should be advertised…read moreand televised similarly, as with Tennis. Unfortunately capitalism discriminates only based on "marketability", and the concept can be manipulated by dinosaurs and sexists and often is. Until the whole of sport and culture gets behind women's sport, there will be problems. It's a small tragedy, really. And this first paragraph was not a joke. But on with the jokes. This is not a good team to take kids to go and see, unless your family are nudists, because this WNY team tend to, well... "Flash". A lot. But then they are fantastic athletic specimens (or speciwomens as the case may be) of humanity, so you really shouldn't complain. I jest, there is no skin on offer at these matches except the skin of the enemies after the WNY Flash annihilate them. Sponsored by Sahlen's hot dogs of Buffalo, this team has been absolutely dominent in women's soccer in the USA. They have a lovely red and yellow badge that looks a lot like the Sahlen's hot dog badge, and they practice at Sahlen's Sports Park (where I play amateur level soccer sometimes), which is a fantastic facility in Elma just near Buffalo. Alex Sahlen, the daughter of the owner, is a defender on the team and is also the President. They've had some of the top talent in world football such as Marta of Brazil - the greatest female player ever, no less - and (swoon) Alex Morgan. Gemma Davison of England, Kelly Parker, American tattooed superstar Sydney LeRoux, Christine Sinclair, Carli Harris, and one of the greatest players ever - Abby Wambach. Unlike the men's team (Rhinos), the women's team actually plays in the very top tier of football, wherehey are a true dynasty of women's football. They won the league in 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013, although they lost the play off final in 2013 but won the regular season supporters' shield. They are seemingly virtually unstoppable and yet much of Western NY does not have them on their radar. OK, this year they're not doing so well, and whoever decided to continue games during the Women's World Cup... never mind. If they did indeed "Flash" the crowd then they would have to be renamed the "WNY Flesh", and if they dined on Garbage Plates, then they'd have to keep a lot of portapotties next to the field and rename themselves "WNY Flush." And for the English players on the roster, I recommend some "WNY Floss." And when it gets cold in winter, perhaps they can wear a "WNY Fleece." Please go out and watch them play - one of the most dominant sports teams in the country right now and we have them right here in Western NY with very cheap tickets and some superstars of the women's game on the team.

This past August, I got a chance to watch the Mets take on the home-team Red Wings as part of a corporate event. The schedule gods were friendly so I could root for my hometown team as a visitor to this pretty ballpark. Innovative Field is nestled in downtown Rochester and has a cool backdrop of some of the city's buildings. I really liked that the park is part of their downtown's identity as Syracuse's is not. Parking was nearby and fairly easy to find. Their gift shop is expansive and had lots of fun items to take home including their alternate jerseys (the garbage plates) and some of the diversity night jerseys and hats. I browsed but didn't buy. Food is pretty standard fare though they have a cool pub style area to get a beer and it has tv's to watch the action while you're enjoying a drink. For some reason, the hot dog buns are like a italian sub roll and engulf the dog - too heavy for a bun and too bready. Not sure what local place they are supporting, but this was my only complaint about their food. As with any park, your mileage may vary with the sunshine/sunset depending on which side you sit on. We sat in an outfield area near the scoreboards and it was pretty brutal :) Overall, a great place to watch a ballgame. I've been to better, but this one is a gem for Rochester-area baseball fans.
