The efficiency of their tracking system and great customer service makes doing business with them both easy & a pleasure, even when I am on the road. My units are heated with in-floor radiant heat. So I've never had a problem with anything freezing, no matter what the winter weather was. This storage facility is fairly new (and expanding) so the buildings are clean and in very good shape. Now that it is time to move the contents of my units to another state, I am renting the U-Haul truck from them as well. The truck rental went as smoothly & seamlessly as all my other dealings with these folks. If I ever have need of storage or rental services in this area again, it's a no-brainer to me that I should give First Choice a call.
