Despite this, they never issued a refund. Instead, they later billed me $535.25, including a $222.75 "transaction fee" that was never disclosed or agreed upon. I received only about 1.25 hours of service and did not receive $4,500 worth of legal help. I've since filed formal complaints with the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility, the CFPB, and the Attorney General's Office. This experience has been deeply disappointing--especially during such a vulnerable time. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking clear, honest, or compassionate representation.
