The job was a big one, but these guys knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. The whole process began several years ago when we realized our retaining wall was on the brink of collapse. We had seen Natural Green's trucks around the neighborhood, maintaining our neighbors beautifully landscaped yards and always admired their work. When a mason we had worked with recommended them, we made the call and set up a consultation right away. Arlindo arrived on time and ready to get down to business. He's polite, warm and very, very smart -- this guy knows his landscaping. We went over what we wanted to do, what needed doing and how is should be done, and within a day we received a quote. It was very reasonable, but still a lot of money -- something we definitely would need to save up for. Fast forward to a year and a half later, and we were ready to roll. Arlindo stuck to his initial quote, which we appreciated, and when we needed to go a little deeper and get more work done, he and his team worked very hard to come up with the best possible price, and walked us through exactly how they did that. The end result is a beautiful back yard, patio, fence, stone wall and front yard that not only enhances the beauty of my home, but increases the value of the property as a whole. I have never seen such a hardworking group of men in my life, and the fact that such a dramatic transformation took place over a few short months is amazing to me. Through it all, Arlindo, his father and their team were a pleasure to work with, so much so that we've had them back to make sure everything is kept in tip-top condition. He came out, we talked, and I provided some sketches of what I was looking for. Jack came back with an estimate the next day and we agreed for him to start work in a couple of weeks. Due to the location of our property line and the small space he was working with, he and his crew had to wheelbarrow out all the dirt and bring in all the gravel. They quickly came out to give an estimate which was much more competitive than previous quotes we had received. They had great advice on types of wood and posts to ensure longevity. We had some trouble receiving the initial invoice, but once that was paid, they were in our yard within a few weeks. The work was quick, it took two days to complete, and is truly impeccable. The lines are straight, they cleaned up after themselves, and the posts seems sturdy. They were also very careful not to trample our shrubs, which were right near the new fence line. You can tell they made an effort to select the best panels for the front of the yard and the imperfect ones were placed in the fence behind our garage. We appreciated that attention to detail.
